Description of Work: Returned my phone call quickly and was able to get the part faster than promised and before we went away on vacation. Provided a lot of useful information about our refrigerator. I don't know how the price was because I did not compare other providers.

Description of Work: Thermal fuse blown and operating thermostat no good on my 27-year old gas dryer. Replaced both. Called late day before, left a message, got a call right back with next day appt. Adam was on time, had parts on truck and had the dryer repaired in no time. I've used this company a number of times for different appliances and am always pleased with the work, the price and the professional care.

All our reviews are "A" rated 5stars, seeing [Member name removed]'s review was shocking, I tried to find [Member name removed]'s service invoice but found none. Couldn't find any service invoice for Microwize Technology or any service for [Member name removed] on the 28 of May. He stated it was a warranty service call, we don't do warranty work for anyone except Best, Broan hoods,there is no service call or any warranty work in our system for [Member name removed]. What happened to [Member name removed] is terrible but [Member name removed] has posted a bad review of my company this must be a case of mistaken identity. The company was very patient as we played phone tag all weekend. He returned every one of my calls until we finally reached one another Sunday evening. He arrived Monday morning, and repaired both appliances pleasantly and efficiently.

I was really glad I found this contractor on Angie s List, as boy did he come in handy. The part worked perfectly and the contractor worked efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will be using this excellent list to find an upholsterer very soon.
Description of Work: My washing machine was on the blink, so they came out and changed a part inside the machine itself. They spent about an hour doing this and all used material including the waste was taken out by them.
