+ -1 moreExcellent service! Very professional -- every appointment was on time. Communications were excellent; schedule changes were notified well in advance. The crew that did the installation did a great job. They worked well together. Left the place clean and neat.
Description of Work: The job was the full replacement of a 40yo HVAC system in a two story town home. Replacement was with a new heat pump and air handler.

+ -1 moreI called 1800 HVAC because my tenants furnace stopped working and they were with no heat. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very friendly. After he checked and diagnosed the system he found that the issue was with the ignition. He kept me in the loop of what was being done and informed me of all costs associated prior to doing the work. The repair was done in a timely manor and ended up costing less than expected. I would highly recommend 1800 HVAC to others.
