My heater stopped working .Called Whitestone to fix problem. Oscar and Maurice found the problem quickly. They were very professional and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Scheduled for 8 AM. Arrived at 9AM, but it was worth the wait. Received competent, knowledgeable advice about a problematic furnace control system.

My experience with Whitestone was great. I had a leak in my guest bathroom for some years and didn’t know where it was coming from, so I hired this company recommended by a friend. He opened up the ceiling and re-routed the water line to drain in my laundry room and now no more leak in my ceiling. I would definitely recommend having service again with Whitestone Heating and cooling.

To install a $900 furnace, they charged me $3,600 for labor. They were there for 6 hours. So, it cost me $300 for one guy per hour. RIP OFF!

They responded quickly. They were friendly and completed the job and cleaned-up the work space in less than an hour. In addition, they completed the job at a very affordable rate! I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for future projects, or repairs. Thank you vey much!

After a long day elsewhere, Oscar still had time to check out the air conditioning unit and diagnosed the problem instantly and was fixed in 20 minutes. Impressive!

Whitestone arrived on schedule to evaluate our AC problem and then clearly laid out 3 options to resolve problem. Since our unit wad quite old we opted to replace AC unit and furnace together. They quoted us a very fair price. The equipment arrived the next day and was installed the day after. The men removed and took away the old units and connected the new units in one day, then returned the following day to make final adjustments and make sure everything was working properly. We were very pleased with their thoroughness and quality of work.

This company did outstanding and efficient work. Their rates were more than reasonable. Oscar quickly analyzed the problem with my air conditioning system and came back the very next day with the appropriate parts and took care of all of the repairs very speedily. I highly recommend this company. My house is nice and cool now! Perfect!

Originally the blower motor on my furnace stopped blowing. Thankfully it was cool so as to not need AC. After reading his synopsis I located him and hired him and all was well.. There was a secondary issue when a circuit board failed 2 days later. You could clearly see where it blew. My unit is a DuCane and quite old and the part was no longer made. The only problem is they no longer make that furnace and AC. In only 2 days he located and received the board from Minnesota and installed it immediately. I cannot express how knowledgeable he was. The thing I valued the most was not his excellent service, but the fact that he kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed quickly. If you need HVAC service, I'd look here first. I will definitely hire him again should the need arise. Communication is critical to a customer and vendor and I give him an A+ on communications as well as his work.
