Description of Work: Gene replaced two vinyl floors in my home back in October 2015. I asked if the floor would be glued down and it was not (but I didn't know this until after the fact). He also did not lift my toilet when he did my bathroom floor (even though I also specifically asked him to do this). He used both white and clear caulk along my floor and it looks horrible. When I recently replaced my toilet, I discovered that the old and new toilets are two different sizes and there is not a 3 inch, very obvious gap where the vinyl doesn't cover because he did not lift the toilet as agreed). There were also several bumps in my kitchen floor when he was done so I asked if he would fix them. He said they would settle in a few weeks. A few weeks went by and they were still there. I contacted him again and it took until Jan 2016 for him to send someone to fix them. The bumps were still there. It is now may 2016 and every time he finally reschedules to come back... He cancels (same day or same hour) as the scheduled appt. yesterday, two men were removing a refrigerator from my kitchen and ripped two deep holes in the floor where the bumps were. I was beside myself with upset and reached back out to Gene to ask his advice. He told me that it was not his fault that the floor (with the two bumps from over 7 months ago) ripped where the movers had caught the floor bumps. I have 10 months of emails and texts telling him that the floor bumps were big enough that I was tripping on them. I was not mad that the fridge caught and ripped the floor. I was furious that Gene did not take any responsibility for the fact that those bumps were causing problems like this, which resulted in a ripped floor. I then called Lowes for an estimate and discovered that Lowes is HALF as expensive as Genes estimate... And will GUARANTEE their work, without the continued complications and disappointments that I experienced with Gene (The Vinyl Craftsman). |Don't use this company!!!!!!

These men arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up completely. The workmanship was excellent! I would recommend them without hesitation. Gene Bellardo Jr. headed the group.
