The job is good enough; it has all of the common complaints most people hear about. It took months to start the job. dropped off supplies and did not return to actually start working until the grass died under the pallet. 3. called while doing old siding removal to add $1500 to the job for known conditions. 4. Declared the job complete with many obvious missing pieces (the attic vent was still lying on the ground). 5. Instructions for gutter downspout placement were ignored. repaired the gutter with a patch? Does it still qualify as seedless? 6. Payment is demanded for incomplete or inadequate work. They finally break you down into thinking that you are not going to get everything promised, so you pay them. 7. Left extra supplies in the yard for a couple weeks. 8. Is it pretty much one of those jobs where, when your friends tell you it looks nice, you feel obligated to point out the defects so they think you are right? You are an idiot for paying for it.

I had a complete tear off and replacement for a 70 year old hip roof. Company was very organized and efficient. Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and George made financing possible. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Luis and his crew did a fantastic job and completed the project in 2 days.

I gave them $9500 to bought materials for the capping, also he was supposed to reinstall a door that they removed for the capping. He has never returned and he does not return my calls or says he is going to send some to redo the work but he does not. They also did not clean the place and left all the trash and debris in my backyard. Nobody should hire this person. He is nasty and negative when you are able to reach them, I had to hire a different person to install the door but they are not able to complete it because the capping is still pending, they found mole that they were supposed to fix, and there are nails sticking out on my backyard. This has been an ongoing situation for over a year.

The quote said the would replace wood with holes in it from carpenter ants. They just filled the holes and refused to honor the contact. Other than that things were good, it was upsetting though.

Our roof looks amazing, we would recommend Magic Roofing to anyone we know that needs a roof. The quality of the work was top notch, they were on time and the clean up was done to a T(not a shingle or nail was found). Once again I canâ t tell you enough how PLEASES we were with Magic Roofing.

They were great had a little problem with the color of the Shingles but it was taken care of right away. They left the property clean and the workers were very nice.

I will start with the positive first. The team showed up on time and worked hard to get the roof completed in a day. It was a decent sized roof and some of the decking needed to be replaced and the guys really seemed to do a decent job. They are a few issues we had with Magic and its owner Luis. When I was looking for roofers to do my job I needed them to also be able to take care of my chimney as well. This was an important part of the deal, and Magic assured me that they could do it. When scheduling work to begin they told me that the chimney would be taken care of first with the roof following. The first miscommunication as that did not happen. Once they removed the roof they told me that some decking need to be replaced. I asked how many, so I could know what to expect financially, Luis just said a lot I asked again how many is a lot he just said a lot. It was not until I got the invoice that I got an indirect answer. Later on in the day, I called to inquire about the chimney, I told him my expectation based upon what his team told me, this is when Luis got upset with me and threatened to cancel the contract and to fire his team members for telling me the chimney would be done first. I told him I was not pleased with the miscommunications and just wanted to know when the chimney would be done. He told me he would call me when he got the materials. He never called me and never did the chimney and never fulfilled his contract. Other issues include damage to my downspouts, one was completely crushed, clean up missed some nails, and there are pieces of the old roof that I am still finding in my yard. I understand clean-up is difficult sometimes but I have kids and dogs who run around my yard and their safety is paramount Magic assured me no nails would be left in my yard. I purchased a roof from what I felt was good company and most of my interactions were positive up until there was miscommunications. I made my decision on the roofing company based upon a contract that could fulfill both my needs, had I known Magic Roofing would not fulfill my needs I would not have gone with them. I would go as far to say they obtained the job with no intention of doing the chimney as the team that was assigned to my property had no knowledge of it being part of the contract. This will also wind up costing me more money and time as I now have to find another company to take care of my chimney.

Very unprofessional, impossible to contact, and very disrespectful.

The Magic crew showed up early and worked all day to install a new GAF roof system. The team was polite, hard working and cleaned up well. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Great company to work with! So professional from beginning to end of the job. We had a slate-look shingle installed on our historic house (1850) and a flat roof replaced on the rear section of the house. Both look awesome. Clean up was excellent!

Horrible experience.

Luis and his team were great and very responsive. Believe it or not they completed our roof in ONE DAY!!! The house is over 3000 sq ft. We are hiring his team again to do some more work on the exterior. I want to give a huge shout out to Magic Roofing-- magic indeed!! Thank you.

No regrets with the work they did. We're looking forward to a heavy rain storm tonight. We will see if the new roof solves the drip problem. Looks professional from ground level. They did a good job cleaning up. All done in one day.

Very competitive quote from this company. The sales rep showed up on time for the appt and provided a same day estimate. The work crew showed up early and completed the job on-time and on-budget. They were courteous and cleaned up their work when finished. There were no surprises , which is always a good thing. Very pleased with the finished product and the customer service throughout. My calls and emails were always answered throughout the process. Highly recommend Magic Roofing.

This company is unprofessional did not complete the job as schedule and did not full fill what we had agreed on the contract.

Price was way below 2 other companies for doing the same thing, the estimate took 10 minutes, the other companies estimate took over 2 hours. They were efficient and cleaned up , did a great job on a roof that was not easy to do

They installed new roof shingles, capped facia - soffits, and seamless gutters.

Quality work. Arrived on time. Good pricing.

They did a very professional old roof removal and complete new roof replacement. No leaks or other problems so far as of today 2/13/2022.
