Magic did a tear off and GAF guaranteed install for our townhouse. They were much more reasonable for this type of installation (GAF certified) than other roofers who I received estimates from (about 10) and they did a great job. I would recommend Magic 100%. Great warranty on both roofing materials and labor.

These guys are top notch. They arrived and completed all work on schedule. EVERYTHING was exactly as promised. Your crazy to call anyone else. I had 16 companies come and give me estimates. Magic beat them all.

This Company was on Time, had the job done in just under 3 hours, and they where CLEAN!!!..and for and extra $100.00 they repaired some storm damage to the siding on my house..siding That was installed by another company. They where 200.00 higher then my lowest estimate, but they where out 4days after the estmate..Money well spent, Great Job!!!

Magic Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and was completed in one day. They replaced all plywood sheets that are rotted before starting the shingling and completely clean up afterward. I really like the fact that they are GAF factory certified at the Master Elite level and did not require a money deposit. The 50 years warranty with 20 years Iabor was a plus. I recommended them to all my neighbors.
