Cant say enough about Magic Roofing From the beginning with Sales, to Site Managers & Workers, to after completion, all have been very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They communicated well with us throughout the whole process of installing our new roof. Any questions, issues or concerns that came up, was addressed immediately. If you spoke to one person about your concerns, they would communicate it to everyone else on the team including front office. Everyone was on the same page and your concerns were taken care of. We are pleased and would definitely recommend and would use them again for other work in the future.

On time and finish on time. Owner gave us his cell phone number on completion of job so that if there on any problems call him instead of his office. Job site was cleaned to perfection, dumster was picked up with an hour of completion of job.

I had several quotes and Magic had the best price and the highest quality of materials. I received a competitor's quote for the same price, but not the same quality of work. Also, and most importantly, the customer service is top notch. And that is very hard to come by today. All companies should follow Power's example of top quality work and excellent customer service. Magic replaced my roof and demoed my sunroom and replaced it with a covered porch. They did fast, thorough, and beautiful work. Luis the owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. I would hire them again for future work.

I m the Mrs. here and now the head of household. When I learned I would need a new roof, I obtained 4 bids. Magic Roofing was not the lowest bidder but they certainly were not the highest! I selected Certitude primarily because they were certified by Owens Corning as specially trained and qualified to install the roof properly. There would be no finger-pointing between manufacturer and installer. The service was excellent. Within 2 hours after I phoned the representative to say Magic had the job, he was at my door with the agreement. And 2 hours after that, someone from their Service department came to inspect the attic and check out a claim from another bidder that he could "see daylight" through my roof. I guess that other bidder was trying to use scare tactics. I was assured that since now there was a contract, if any leaks occurred before the new work occurred then Magic would come and take care of it. I slept very well after that. The new roof looks wonderful and I think I did the right thing for my house.

Magic Roofing put on a new roof on my house . They did a great job at a reasonable price. Recently a hunter fired as slug that came into my house and damaged my siding . Despite the siding being 24 years old, they were able to perfectly match and replace the siding. They have been prompt and neat. If needed I would gladly do business with them again

Luis was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the product and services offered. He also took his time explaining the various products and provided a detailed on site review of the different options available and even showed samples. We just had our roof and gutters replaced by Magic roofing . They did a wonderful job altogether, starting with our salesman George ; he was extremely informative on our initial orientation. And the installation crew managed to have the whole roof installed in 7 hours, including cleaning everything after finishing the job. Weâ re very happy with the final product and the service, we strongly recommend this company!

Luis for magic roofing siding just happen to be in the neighborhood and it was the best knock on the door I could get. From the sales team to the install crew to the office everyone was thorough and professional. I wouldnâ t recommend anybody else for their home!

Excellent experience with Magic roofing siding inc window installation. We had 18 windows installed in our 1920's home, replacing old vinyl windows that were about 35 years old and in very bad shape. Everything from the initial sales call was excellent. No high pressure. Answered all our questions and explained everything carefully. Our installation experience was excellent, every appointment was on time as was the installation and even a follow up visit to make sure we were satisfied. Windows seem very high quality with good performance stats on them and a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. All for half the price of some of the name brand quotes we got. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

We had 7 windows replaced with Magic. All of the windows were non standard measurements and Power was able to accommodate that. On the day of install, Mike showed up, we identified the windows to be replaced and they went straight to work. Very happy with how long it took them to complete the job.

The entire installation process was flawless! Prior to installation we received updates on the preparation of our windows which was really cool and engaging while we were waiting for the installation. The day of installation was wonderful. It was completed in a timely manner (it was done in a few hours) and the crew kept everything clean. I absolutely love my windows, they were worth every penny. I definitely look forward to replacing my remaining windows with Magic when the time comes.

My experience with magic was great. I had a tree hit my house and damage my gutters, siding and roof. They came out within two weeks of approving the quote. I am an attention to detail guy, when they finished the work I didnt like the way they hung one of the pieces of siding. I called Luis and he was quick to get the message over to his team member Luis . They agreed with what I was looking at and told me they would be out ASAP to get it corrected. The next day I received a call from Natalie confirming they would be out to fix it. With projects like this itâ s easy for little hiccups to occur but the way the magic team responded to it was incredible. The job is completed and looks great. I would absolutely use them for my next project and recommend them to others. Great job magic team!

Magic did excellent work. Everything from quote to completion was profession and smooth. The quality of the product was much better than the other firms that I was considering and the price was better. The construction team was respectful and the clean up was amazing! So glad we used Magic!Absolutely no regrets!

Very responsive and the best price of three bids. They provided a 50-year warranty from Owens Corning Fiberglass. My homeowners association required a number of forms for insurance, licenses, contractor rules, etc. and Alex was very efficient in getting the forms turned around. They did the roof in one day and it looks great.

Kevin was fast at getting the job quoted and at a good price. He made small the changes to the quote as requested right away. We were able to get the job scheduled same week and his team led by Champion got the job done in 1 day and the result was great. A very nice reroof and would recommend the service.

Magic Roofing got back to me within a day of me contacting them. They were at my home the very next day to give me an estimate. In comparison to the 3 other estimates I got, Magic was at the more economical end of the scale. The job at my home was a complete roof replacement - new plywood sheathing and new asphalt shingles. The Magic team completed the job in one day.
