The owner was on the job everyday, or called everyday to check on the progress and satisfaction of the work being done. The work was done in an expert fashion and any questions/concerns were answered/addressed immediately. I highly recommend this company. (I was a manager in Facilities Management for a Fortune 500 company and was extremely impressed, so you know they did an excellent job)!!

Started the project a day early, showed up with a crew of 10 and finished a large roof in 1 day, great clean up, and helped with side projects. Would use them again without hesitation

Magic offered the best value with GAF Architect Shingles, Deck Armor felt, Ridge Vents and Smart Vents. Their Master Elite Contractor certification (only 3% have) is a real plus. They do strive for great customer service.

Overall, Magic Roofing exceeded my expectations. The quality of work done was superb. Even beyond that, their customer service was great as well. We used them to remove an aging roof and install a new one. Their price was very competitive. They completed the job on-time (barring weather) and left the surrounding area cleaner than it had been when they arrived. I also used the financing option that they recommended and I had a great experience with their customer service as well.

Fast and affordable!

Since posting this review last year-- yes, Luis wouldn't actually submit the GAF warranty paperwork until we posted a review on Homeadvisor-- the roof replacement his crew did, the one which originally looked great, developed leaks. Luis is nowhere to be found (not returning calls, not returning e-mails, either from us or from GAF.) It's a shame, because he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. We now have water intrusion in the first floor of our two-story house, and will need to replace a section of ceiling once a new contractor fixes the problem. You'll get fast service from Luis. If all goes right, you'll be happy. If there's a problem, assume you'll be on your own.

I had my roof replaced along with some deteriorated plywood underneath. Magic Roofing's manager Luis was very Professional, Courteous and Expedient. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up my yard afterwards meticulously.

Luis was very knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and spent a considerable amount of time educating us and answering our questions about the roof job.
