After reading the positive reviews on HomeAdvisor, I contacted Magic Roofing for a quote. Not only were they professional, but they were very helpful when I needed help with the insurance company. Nick L. explained everything and answered all my questions. They arrived promptly at 7 and were finished and cleaned up by 2. If only every job could be this easy!

Luis is very attentive, he provides based on customer needs. His pricing is far better than any of his competitors. It was a pleasure working with him and his whole crew.

The owner will call to check on your opinion on how the work was done, the clean up and if everything was done to your satisfaction. He will do what he can to correct anything that you think was done wrong or damaged.

Magic replaced and installed a 4,000 sq. ft. roof along with replacing 4 skylights. My roof was more complicated than the standard roof having many peaks, valleys, twists and turns. Magic did an outstanding job from start to finish. The management and crew were professional and efficient. The owner, Louis, made it a point to be on the job from start to finish and returned a week after to project was completed to make sure we were satisfied. In addition to the roof we had high-teck skylights installed which he helped us program. His crew chief took pictures of the complicated roof sections along with the entire job to show my wife and I how things were done. I can't say enough about the entire process and Magic's professionalism. I'm not an easy customer to deal with because in my line of work I hire contractors on a world wide basis and Magic met all my expectations and then some!!! Magic's attention to detail is impeccable I be happy to talk to anyone who wants a further reference. Finally their "cleanup" was flawless. Outside of a spanking new good looking roof with all new gutters etc. you would have never guessed they were even here. Everything adjacent to the house (shrubs, A/C systems etc.) were protected. I'd hire them again in a New York minute!!!

Very prompt in answering any calls or concerns. They are easy to get in touch with. We had wanted some extra items taken care of around the windows and they did everything asked. Very high quality job.

They were very timely. Worked straight through 12 hours a day. They cleaned up on a daily basis, checking for nails and everything. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy while they were working. And, they did extra stuff that they didn't have to do. They hung my mailbox for me, for goodness sakes. My son is starting to think about getting a roof -- because he's going to be needing a roof -- and I told him to ask about "Magic." So I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I couldn't have asked for more, truthfully. I was surprised how quick they did the work. They started on a Monday, couldn't work on Tuesday because it rained hard...it really (ended up being) four days...and the house was done!

Nick the salesman really fought for my business and I was impressed by his explaination of all the steps involved in the roofing process, it made my choice really simple. The guys that came to my house to put on my roof were very pleasant and the did a great job! I was super impressed by the quality of the work.

After 7 estimates, I decided to go with Magic Roofing to replace my aging, 2 shingle layered roof and worn out gutters. Nick Lopez came out to my home for an estimate after contacting HomeAdvisor. He was very professional, prompt (my time is very valuable) and extremely knowledgeable without being a ���pushy��� salesman. He actually went into my attic to see what issues I was having and after a 45 minute discussion on my options, he quoted me on the spot. Magic Roofing was not the least expensive out of all the 7 estimates I received, but they were very close to the other quotes and NOBODY could touch their 50 shingle warranty and 25 year workmanship warranty. You get what you pay for and I do not want to be doing another roof in 10-15 years. Luis, the owner, made this whole process as smooth and worry-free as possible. He worked with me a little on the price, had an unfinished range-hood vent installed at no extra charge and gave me 24 month interest-free financing! After setting up an install date, his crew arrived exactly on time and got to work. Steve supervised the job and I frequently saw him on a ladder and working with the rest of his crew. He explained any questions/concerns that I had and was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with everything! His crew worked their asses off and had the job completed in one day. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than what it was before they arrived! Overall, this was a great experience with Luis, Nick, Steve and the Magic crew. I would recommend them to anybody needing a new roof. Save yourself some time and hassle and hire Magic for your next roofing/gutter job. Trust me I did my homework and for the price and GAF backed warranty, you can���t find a better roofing contractor!
