These folks were great. Very professional on the estimating side, and competitively priced. I checked with GAF, the roof manufacturer, and there were no red flags so I went with them. Magic showed up when promised, finished the roof in a day, with two more follow ups for some siding and finish-up work. They left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived, and the work was excellent. Permits were obtained (as required), the roof passed the inspection, and I have my warranty registration. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Roofing and Siding and plan on using them in the future for siding my home.

I received my invoice for the work done to my roof. The total on the invoice was $6,500 , plus that's what I was told I would be charge, however when I give luis my credit card number he over charged my credit card $100.00, so i called him, he apologized, said he would credit my CC back. NEVER HAPPENED... then I call him again he apologized he said he would mail me a check, THAT NEVER HAPPENED... SO I called him again and this time he SAID IT'S ONLY MONEY. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN. P.S. TO LUIS, YOU SAID IT'S ONLY A HUNDRED DOLLARS WILL A $100.00 dollars may not mean anything to you because you said you have thousands but $100.00 mean a lot to me. plus I trusted you with my Credit Card.

Best price for roofing. I had a roof that required a large amount of shingles. I got quotes from three companies. The fourth never showed which was RGB. They gave a good price for the same product. Got to meet the owner of the company Luis. After speaking with him I fully trusted the man. I felt very comfortable. They replaced all my rotted sheathing too. Timberline shingles. Looks great. My roof is so big it took them two days. They worked diligently from before 7 in the morning till dark. Highly recommend.

I got a lot of quotes for my new roof and Magic’s price was very competitive. I selected them because I had to deal with a Homeowners Association that I was unfamiliar with and my feeling was Magic’s customer service and responsiveness to my needs would be better than the others – that is what I thought at least. The facts were much better than I’d hoped. Magic’s customer service was outstanding; they were very easy to work with throughout the process. Their installation was also fantastic. They showed up when promised, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. Their management returned after the job to confirm everything was done correctly and make sure there were no follow up questions or concerns after the job was finished. There installation operation was so impressive that several of my neighbors asked for their contact information so they could get a quote too.

I got 4 estimates and they all were going to do the same thing but Magic Roofing warranty was better and the price was great! Also, Magic Roofing and Siding were the only company who did not want any down payment and they went over my entire yard and driveway with a magnetic device to make sure their were no nails left on my property. I even asked Luis for an estimate for my back doors. Thanks again, Luis, Steve, and all the hard workers who work so hard and quickly to beat the rain. Great Job!!

Luis is wonderful. Installed roof 3 years ago. Did a great job! I had a leak recently. Luis came immediately to look at it. It was not the roof, but rather the sky light. Luis carefully caulked it with roofing cement and did a wonderful job! He would not accept anything for all of his hard work. ..he is a TRUE CLASS ACT!!! I would not consider anyone else for my roofing needs!

Best deal in town. They got back to me quickly. They followed up when they said they would. They gave me the best estimate. The started within days of the contract. They completed a complex roof in one day, and when they left everything was cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Magic Roofing and Siding, Inc absolutely did a noteworthy job. The entire Magic team was outstanding! From the estimator's Professional presentation, to the clean up crew's attention to detail. We had a very tough job to complete. 77sq of Asphalt Shingles had to be removed then replaced. The owner of the company kept me posted as to the ETA of their team and timeframe for completion. They got the job done ahead of their Estimated Time of Completion. They did he job on a Saturday. I was concerned because as a church Sunday is our busiest day. I recommend Magic for your home-improvement needs

Had new roof, installed in one day workers very courteous and hard working, very particular with clean up nothing left around and all shrubbery and flowers were well protected. Very satisfied with the new roof would highly recommend Magic Roofing.

Totally satisfied with the roofing aspect of the job. Beautiful roof. As I spoke of in initial review we had a slight customer service disagreement after the job was completed but we reached an understanding with the second phone conversation. Overall this is a quality roofing company at a fair, competitive price.

Luis and his crew were professional and delivered as promised on the roofing project. Luis explained the process and how long it would take to replace the roof. Very happy with the results and the home looks really nice.
