I had a new roof installed on May 12, 2017 by Everlast Roofing in Stratford, NJ . I noticed shingles on both side of the front of the roof had lifted up and one fell off. I called Everlast back to inspect the roof and they said an animal had scratched at the shingles and wanted $275.00 to fix the problem. My husband was very upset and told them no. We contacted Luis from Magic and he fixed the problem for $70.00. As a new customer Everlast should have fixed the roof for free.. So the moral of the story is that I will refer no one to Everlast Roofing and will refer to Magic Roofing. Joy Horvath

Luis was courteous,neat and friendly and made the repair quickly at a fair price.

There is absolutely no after service. My ceiling was leaking after last weeks' rain. Called, texted Luis and he promised to come the following Monday. But never showed up.

Luis is hard to contact and does not always return your calls. Understandably he is a busy man. During the contract, I had a hard time contacting him. After the contract, the left over material remained on my property for almost a month.

I was completely satisfied with the workmanship of he crew that arrived to install my new roof, the job was done in a professional manner and the crew where accommodating.

We have a beautiful new roof. They were not as careful as they could have been, damaged grass and some nails. However, overall that was not a big problem. The problem was how rude the customer service was or there was NO customer service. They fired the salesman who we liked and were upset that we did not pay. However, we did not know our only contact, the salesman was fired, did not receive an invoice, did not know who to pay and how much, and could not reach anyone. They need someone to manage their company, but good roofers.

They did a fantastic job. Had 5 estimates and this contractor gave me an additional 5 year warranty so I used them. It only took them one day to do job and they cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic!

Their sales rep, Fred was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Their estimate was very competitive out of the four we received. They arrived exactly on time with a crew of seven and finished the job as they stated, in one day. They where the only company that drapes your house to protect your shrubs,.They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Originally had a communication problem over drains and spouts.Luis has since spoken to me .assured me he will rectify the oversight.my original review was erroneous.

They did a good job installing my roof as far as I can see and tell, but Luis promised to repair my shed with a new roof, siding, and door. He never sent an email with my contract as promised; eventually, I gave up and canceled the job, and even when I canceled the job I never heard from Luis Alvarado to make it right.

Fast and clean

courteous, excellent workers who did a fine job of replacing the roof shingles. Luis is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

Magic did a great job. They worked on Sunday and had a very reasonable price. They were also very clear from the start about how much the project would cost.

I had to ask for a correction to one sloppy area of work. I don't think they should have been satisfied to leave it so sloppy. They did immediately re-do that area. Several sections of my gutters are bent from ladder pressure. I do think they were hard workers on a very long, hot day (11 hours from start to finish) and very careful about my windows.
