The owner Louise was very responsive to my issues, I had solar panels on my roof and took a little while to have it taken down and reinstall by certified contractors. Once the solar panels were down he scheduled his crew to start my roof replacement. The crew showed up early, put tarp down everywhere and started. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up nicely. The crew assigned to my job was very experienced and efficient. I would recommend Magic to anyone, their price was reasonable and carried all insurance certificates.

They did a really good job on my roof and siding. The price was the best quote I got and the work itself was great. However, communication was poor. The day the sales representatives came to my house was the day I signed the contract. I was informed by them that there was 1 project in front of mine, so it may take a few weeks, but they'd be in touch with me and were ordering all the supplies that day. Five weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them so I reached out to them (this was on a Thursday) and was informed they were coming on Monday. They sent someone out to my house the next day (Friday) to recheck all of the measurements and this guy informed me that he would do the roof on Monday but it would be an additional 2 weeks to order supplies for the siding. I asked why and he told me it was because I changed the type of siding that I wanted. I informed him that I hadn't changed a single thing since the day I signed the contract so he told me that is what he was told and he would look into it , but it would take 2 more weeks regardless. I never heard back about that issue. The roof was done in 1 day on that Monday without issues. The siding took another 2 weeks to be ordered and shipped. It sat in my driveway for another week and then one day when I came home from work they were there working on it. The siding took 5 days to complete. On the 5th day they realized they had the wrong size shutters and didn't have enough of the pieces to go around my light fixtures so they had to come back the next week for that. They were supposed to hang 3 sets of shutters, but when they came back with the "correct" size it only fit one of my windows so in the end, I only got 1 window shuttered. I'm going to have to order and hang the other 2 on my own which I'm not too happy about. So overall the price and work was great, but the communication was very poor.

Great price and guarantee for an asphalt shingle re-roofing project. I was very pleased with their work and their clean-up afterwards. They even went over the immediate yard area with magnets to pick up any nails that may have been dropped inadvertently.

Hired company to do roofing and gutter replacement. Roof replaced 12-12-18, problems with crew. Gutters replaced 12-13-18. Crew left a mess of trash and new tube of gutter caulk in front of house. Trash pieces were sharp and dangerous. Two downspouts were put into an old drainage system that was not being used at the time, original downspouts were not there when replaced. Should have replaced the way originals were found. Credit card was charged $270.00 more than authorized. Called Luis 12-13-18. He said he did not know why card was charged more, regardless this was not authorized. He said gutters would be corrected that day. No one showed. Called Luis multiple times. Each time he said it would be fixed that day, no one ever showed up. We had five flooding rains during this time causing more problems. Poor service and would not use again.

Efficient, cleaned up when they were finished, very hard workers. Also they replaced plywood I had bought for my contractor that they had needed for the roof without me needing to remind them. All-In-all, really fine work.
