Every part of the experience was great

Work quality was fine however plywood replacement was done in full sheets as they deemed necessary no notification no pictures and never a half sheet replaced just the roof is done you owe $1,100.00 more for 17 sheets of plywood which we felt needed to be replaced on a roof without a single leak, that's 30% of the roof area. Very strange.

Accurate quote, great scheduling, set my expectations perfectly. Arrived when they said would, worked their asses off until the job was 100% complete (I watched on my security cameras) and were very thorough. Definitely recommend!

Should have been advised that roof would take one day and that they would return on the following day for the gutter replacement. Otherwise, satisfied.

Everybody that I dealt with from Magic was so friendly and professional. The guys that replaced our roof were at our house early and they did not mess around. They set up and got to work. I still can't believe how quickly and efficiently they did everything. Now our roof looks amazing and no more leaks!

I do wish the gutter installers how to ask me how about one of the leaders that they encountered as far as its location. They did great work and completed the job layout as they found it.

The guys did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly. Unfortunately though, 2 months after the roof was installed, it was found to be leaking via a gap around the gas vent. When the roof was installed, this gap was ignored. I called them wen i discovered the leak. There was already damage to the ceiling inside. The owner said he would send someone out the next day at 8:00am, but the guy did not show up. I called them at 8:30 for an update and was told he was going to arrive in 25 minutes. Still no guy. I finally had to leave by 10:30am. I called the owner repeatedly, but he now refused to answer. After I called Home Advisor to complain, I got a call from the owner around noon saying that his guys were at the location and that the leak was not their fault. My husband and I went back to the house and met the guys who argued with us about the source of the leak. My husband went up to the roof and noted that they had, in our absence, freshly caulked the gap of the gas vent. Then they kept me there for approximately another 2 hours while they pulled up shingles and endlessly photographed the suspect area of the roof (3 guys, all with cellphone cameras), insisting that the roof was not the source of the leak. Eventually, they pulled up shingles (which came up surprisingly easily), added caulking and replaced them with a few nails. They used the existing shingles, as they had not brought any new shingles with them. There was no offer by them to fix the damaged ceiling inside, There was no apology for the leak or for our wasted time.

Great experience with Magic Roofing! My boyfriend and I received a quote from them for a new roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. It was a pleasure to work with them and we are very happy with our new roof!!

Magic roofing did an amazing install. They arrived at 08:00 AM, removed the old roofing off of my house and shed, and completed the install by 03:30 PM. The cleanup was fantastic. Not one nail was found on my property. The installers were courteous and professional. I had an existing leak under my carport that could not be fixed by other roofers and after a heavy rainstorm not one drop of water could be found. Their salesman (Joe Negrey) was very attentive to our needs and all that was promised was delivered. I still cannot believe that they completed the work and cleanup in one day. Many thanks to the Magic team. I highly recommend them to anyone needs a new roof.

This is a good company to work with. They carry all insurance certificates, their price was reasonable, the proposal had all the details. In particular, I like their 15 year labor warranty. They picked a perfect day to replace my roof. The crew was friendly and efficient. They arrived early, put tarp around the building, then worked seamlessly and completed the job in less than a day. They installed the materials as promised, in the end cleaned up nicely. I am no expert on roof construction, but I believe they job is top of the line, and I hope it will withstand the test of time. I would recommend Magic to anyone.
