I have never ever seen a bunch of people work so hard in my life, and I work very hard for a living. They did excellent work, worked very clean - at the end of the first day everything was under a tarp, no debris, and top roof was complete, second day same thing except everything was done, nothing left on property super clean and the dumpster was already on a truck and was gone by the end of day 2. Since have been on roof and in the attic of both my main home and garage. Looks good on both sides. Have had several huge storms since with no issues. Also it looks great I highly recommend going with the Owens Corning top of the line, It's a 50 year roof!

Quality work with excellent clean up

We had new gutter guards installed prior to the roof work. Some of the gutter guards weren't put back in place properly but they had no problem coming back the next day to fix the areas we pointed out.

They are very professional and very friendly people. Extremely reasonable for the quality of work that they do.

Lacking details in final invoice. Invoice lacked itemized details needed for me, the customer to provide to my insurance company to assist with closing the insurance claims. Beyond that the work on the roof was good.

They were able to do the job right away. Came on time. Took care of all the clean up. Kept us informed about the project. Checked in to make sure everything was ok. I could not ask for a better experience!!!

Work was completed as per contract. Communications did not meet my expectations, especially with respect to correcting a large mistake on their part. However, in the end, work was done and appears to be entirely adequate.

My neighbor watched the progress and made a point to let me know that she was impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the professionalism of the workmanship. I myself did not have the ability to watch the progress, but was pleased with the end result. The roof looks great. The lawn was immaculately cleaned up; there was no evidence of debris anywhere.

After a relaxed and comfortable conversation about how roofing technology had changed in the last twenty-five years since our last roof, Tom made it clear that with Magic doing the work, it would not be either expensive nor worrisome. Tom was right on target with everything it takes to plan such an important home improvement and beautification. Everything was completed exactly how and when it was promised and the pricing was precise as explained and very affordable. I was dreading the expense, mess and all the worry of what usually comes with probably one of the most important home improvements of a home owner's life. Very pleased with quality of work. Very good clean up after project completion. Poor communication skills but eager to please with any problems.

Installers were courteous and professional, and they left the job site very clean. Materials used were of excellent quality. The roof looks great and the half-round gutters they installed really enhance the appearance of the house. I received very good value for the money paid.

The entire process of replacing our roof with Magic Roofing was quite smooth. The crew was efficient; clean up was thorough. They also worked with us to meet the constrains of our budget, while remaining focused on a quality finished product. Even followed up a few weeks after completion to see if we had any questions or issues. Definitely recommend.

When the team got here there was no guessing what there job was... They worked from 8am till dusk. The roof was not complete. So the team came back and finished up with a half day in Saturday. Magic not only replaced the roof but fixed a lot problems from the past owners handy work. There price was super for the amount of work they did.. This is a company that you can hire with confidence. Don't forget they also do windows and siding. HIRE HIRE, HIRE.

Nicholas who was my communicator with Magic Roofing and Siding was excellent and his ability to get back to me. They were very quick to respond, make appointments, along with any payment issues. Magic completed the job on a timely basis his crew was very congenial, pleasant and I can say nothing but good things about my experience.

Had roof replaced ,Had the roof done Friday, workers were very efficient and cleaned up after roof was done. Everything was done as scheduled owner came out and inspected roof today and was very nice. Price was good. And did ask if I was satisfied. So far I am. Just waiting for my warranty package. Thank you
