Magic Roofing and Sliding has really earned my trust as far as I know. They were really dependable and always seek to impress no matter the conditions. They really went out of their way to install proper gutters for the roof of my house. My roof now looks immaculate all thanks to Magic Roofing and Sliding.

A few friends of mine had referred me to Magic because my roof needed to be replaced. I was glad that they recommended this company to me. Jackie provided me with an estimate within the following day of me calling and had the job scheduled within the next week. It was refreshing to deal with a company that treated the customer first. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. I was blown away at the results. Overall great job.

Luis was informative over the phone about pricing and the warranties available to us. His crew showed up on time to install the roof and two skylights for us. The tasks were carried out by Rodrigo and his team. They completed roof and skylights to the highest standard of quality and safety. The best part of this project was that it took them one day. The roof was not caulked in several areas I brought it to the owners attention and he has a big attitude and tell me he doesn?t have to caulk those areas very unprofessional

From the scheduling to the estimate with superior customer service, workmanship, professional work staff, to the finalizing of the invoice this is one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. I was apprehensive going into the process with having to find a roofing company I could feel comfortable with and that could work within my budget. The salesman Dan, was accessible and reliable all the way through the process even when I had questions or concerns. Mostly familiar with local companies when beginning the process of selection, Magic came recommended by Home Advisor and I am So thankful. Very pleasant every step of the way. Very informative staff. Also the workers were great very hard-working!

The communication is terrible at best. They put a hole in my ceiling, broke lawn furniture, and the roof was poorly installed. I was told four times they would come out tomorrow to fix these problems and was left wasting my time doing so with no contact letting me know they would not be coming out. Their cost is low but don?t let that sway your decision. I have siding and windows that still need to be done and I would not go with this company if they were half the cost of my cheapest estimate.

GOOD WORKERS

I contacted 6 companies for quotes for a total roof job. 4 responded. I selected Magic. From the salesman, Joe, through the tear off/install crew, on-site Supervisor Juan, and even the man that delivered and removed the dumpster, you couldn't expect more. Everyone had one thing in mind, to provide the best job possible, . . . and they succeeded.

Magic was competive with the other 6 estimates I received. WHat made the difference was the salesman, JoeNegrey. his sincerity to work with me, to explain the job, to listen to my financial sittation. I am 77 years old, and unemployed since 3/11/29, so money is tight. MY project is divided into 3 parts, first the roof, then Windows and siding, last its the patio. Joe was the only salesman who went up in the attics and saw the wood. That had to be replaced, his estimate included the plywood which gave me an honest cost for the job. All the other contractors estimates had hidden expenses. Joe sold the job with professionalism and personality.

Other than a couple of miscommunications everything was done as expected.

I give magic a 5 star rating because, from the knowledgeable and friendly estimator to the scheduler and the install team these guys are pros, this is a family run business and I can tell because they take pride in their work. Magic was very competitive in the bid price, which to a blue collar family like ours that means so much. The day of install 6 or 8 guys showed up and everyone knew exactly what they needed to to. Our roof and fascia was replaced in 1 day and the gutters the next, and when they were gone it looked as if they were never hear except we had a new roof. So if your shopping for a new roof or siding You must allow magic the opportunity to give you an estimate. You won t be disappointed, we weren t!
