I was very happy with my experience with Magic Roofing. Joe came out and gave me a quote. He even climbed up into the attic crawl space and inspected the underside. The quote he originally gave me I declined but we were ultimately able to negotiate a price. This was the only company that would even bother trying to negotiate with me, everyone else was very firm on their quotes. The project was delayed once due to weather and shortage of materials but when they did come out to do the job, it was completed in just one day. Everything went smooth and there were no surprises. Afterwards there did a thorough cleanup of all debris and leftover materials. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them for any roofing project. Thanks!

The roofers were very efficient and did a great job with installation and clean-up. Everyone was unfailingly polite. My only (minor) complaint was that communications could have been more detailed, e.g., while I knew the date the job would begin, I wasn't told what time to expect the crew to arrive. At the end of the first day, the crew left without telling me they had finished for the day and what time would be back the next day.

Had a Great Experience and First Class Quality roofing products and Workmanship, workers also did a fine and careful job cleaning up, and magnetically checked for any Nails. Luis was right there seeing the Job was going well and Nelson who came and did our estimate gave us a good price and feeling about getting Magic for the project.

We had our old aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. Went from white with green shutters to gray with black. House looks beautiful, getting lots of compliments. Installers were courteous & professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Luis and his crews were absolutely top-notch. We had a 100-year-old tree fall on our house back in August and magic was prompt and assisted with trapping the roof, and then did a full re-installation of our roof along with brand new gutters. They also reinforced our trusses and replaced sheathing due to the damage from the tree. My experience with magic roofing was very positive and I would highly recommend them.

A year and half after install. But first off .The original job was done on time fast neat and personal workers. I called and spoke to Ashley and told her I had a leak, even without my original contract in hand, she told me someone would be out the next day. Luis arrived exactly at the time I was told. He was very nice, I didnâ t realize he was the owner until we were through. In the end the roof didnâ t have a leak, the water was actually coming in from a different area. Earl

We found Magic Roofing on Home Advisor. We called, set up an appt and they sent a very knowledgeable representative out to show us their product. He was friendly, respectful of our home and most importantly, he was NOT pushy. On the day of installation, the crew arrived at the exact time quoted to me. They were friendly, respectful of our home, did a great job and cleaned up every bit of debris. Luis made sure we were shown the finished product and answered any questions we had. It was a GREAT experience.

It was reassuring to deal with a family owned company. The owner, Luis, showed up every day to make sure all was well and to address any concerns. As a former roofer, I can say the job was completed quickly, efficiently and neatly, with all employees conscientious and respectful of our property. We will call them again when we are ready for additional work.

They put a hole in my ceiling and the owner is the nastiest and rudest person I have ever encountered in business. He thought he was doing me a favor by giving me $1000 off for his company's negligence. Even though the company was running a promotion for $2000 that I realized before the date of my installation and the company refused to allow me to get or cancel my contract. I inquired about a loan through a bank prior to the start of the job and the company used this information to somehow charge the account for $6500 without my consent or knowledge. Even though I made sure that I received another contract stipulating he would not be paid until I approved of the work and it was complete. This was after seeing that they had no one overseeing the job and the workers stepped through my ceiling causing damage. The job started in November and they had to come back several times so the work was not supposedly completed until December. During this period I asked the owner several times for pictures showing the work was completed that was in my contract. Till this day I have never received this information. On December 31st, water starting running from my ceiling in the same spot that they came out to replace the roof for. The owner finally came and told me that it was my counterflashing that is in my contract that was damaged. They company sees no problem that they charged me to replace three roofs telling me this would fix my problems. Then I had the same leak in the same area and then they claimed it was flashing and my little strip of flat roof and tried to charge me an additional $3300.00. This all occurred after they were paid $6500 and then claimed it was just coming from the flashing even his bond company told him what he was doing was wrong. I was supposed to receive flashing, counterflashing and caps over any pipes, none of this was done. When I circled on the contract that this was in fact included in the contract and they should have seen this when they installed my roof and either replaced the flashing or notified me. The owner told me that I can pay someone else to do it. I have still not received a refund or everything in my contract. They did not cover or repair the damage caused by his companies incompetence and refuses to honor his contract since he illegally obtained payment. I have filed a complaint against his company with the Better Business Bureau, the loan company who allowed him to charge my account without my knowledge, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Attorney General's office and I suggest anyone else who they have thought they can just charge and not honor their contract, to do the same. Also, if he has caused damage to your home as they have done mines, contact their bond company to be reimbursed for their negligence.

I had hired Magic to replace my roof as well as some woodwork under the sophist. When we had an inspection done they noticed a gap in the replaced wood and asked for it to be replaced with a larger piece or to fill in space. Magic ignored my phone calls and emails to come to fix it. At first, the owner tried to deny they even did the work, then he tried to say I needed to replace the gutters. This had nothing to do with gutters. He also became very aggressive and threatened to come to beat me up when I asked him to honor his warranty.

They did a great job on my roof. I could have found a cheaper option, but I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.

A family friend recommended Magic to us. We were glad that we took their recommendation. The crew did a good job with the roof installation. Even their owner Luis came out on the last day to double check everything. Quite a service. Thank you! You have customers for life.
