Description of Work: The gentleman that came to my house was tied up in traffic. He called to let me know where he was and when he would arrive. He came to my house and tuned up my lawn mower. He was very friendly, neat, and my mower has never run so smoothly. |I will definitley be calling him back in the fall.

Description of Work: My snowblower was at a popular Nursery for 3 months; they were waiting for a carberator. After no communication from the Nursery, I finally spoke to the owner who hung up on me after telling me "I am one of those customers who cannot wait for a part". Not only did this company pick up my snowblower, they had the "back ordered" part in their truck and immediately fixed my snow blower. They even gave me lessons on how to use it.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal and they called within a day. We set the appointment and they gave a window of when they would be here. They showed up at the end of the window, but were within the time they quoted. He went right to work serviced our snow blower and even put it back in the shed. He also took some time to point out some things to me that I was unaware of and offered some helpful advice. | |I have no issue recommending their service or using them in the future.
