They were available immediately even though I didnt have an emergency repair. The guy was very conciencious as to not walk on my lawn (joke between him and I) the serviceman was a good guy, very quick and to the point. He gave me a spot on estimate BEFORE doing the job. I will definitely hire them in the future, and so should you!

Prompt response. They arrived during the service call window, correctly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and had the machine fixed and working in less than 30 minutes. I thought the pricing was fair. This was a very positive experience for us and I would recommend them to others.

This company was the first to respond to my query. I explained that I was calling for a friend who was a senior citizen and wheelchair bound - and that her refrigerator/freezer was not cold . Rich said he would wave the $55 fee for the estimate. He said freon was needed - it would take time to work. Express was called again, as the freon was not working. A second person came, changed a small part, and said the need for freon was wrong. He said Express would send a refund, as $180 had been paid the first. time and part was less. No refund has been recieved so far, and the repair was almost a month ago.

The service was quick and the technician knew exactly what the problem was with the washing machine. I was blown away at how simple and easy this process was. The repair cost was extremely reasonable.

It took them a couple of times to replace electronic board, first wrong type, then a bad one. They got job done on the same day, but not cheap. They do offer two years labor and part warranty.

A repairman who was actually early !! Quick repair, working great now.
