ALL CLEAR Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drain & Sewer Cleaning of Mercer

This was the third time that the kitchen sink tail pipe and separated from the sink. Two other plumbers from other companies had tried to fix this issue. For this third time we decided to use Angie's List to find a plumber. The previous two were not from Angie's List. Lucas from All Clear was very prompt for his Saturday appointment. He was very friendly and did not do any high-pressure up-selling. He finished the repair in less than 15 minutes. His solution looks to be more permanent as he put in a longer tail pipe. I'll provide an update to verify the longevity of the repair.

Excellent service. Crew showed up on time and finished the job in about 6 hours. The entire process from the estimate to completion was flawless. It went great! My mother was very happy with them. I called on Sunday, just to set up an appointment and they came over on Monday morning. This job required the water service to also come over and shut off the main valve for the building and all clear took care of everything. They were courteous and professional, and laid down protector for her rug. She was very very happy and my mom is very hard to please when it comes to any contract work being done in the house.

Very fast, professional and efficient work. Fabian and Jose did a fantastic job, explained all the details of the job and executed accordingly.

Dealing with sewer back up in the house is never fun and these guys came within a few hours of being called. They were professional in presentation, kind, friendly, thorough and overall great to have work on the house. After they were done, they even went around and gave me some extra tips on how things could operate more efficiently by unblocking some vents outside, I really appreciated their efforts. Would definitely reccommend.

Fabian and his crew were responsive, did fine work, and estimated all the unexpected work before beginning the expanded job. In addition to plumbing repairs, he also installed a new toilet and sink. I was very pleased and will turn to All Clear for all my plumbing needs in the future.

When I called the office I was given a quick appointment.As promised I was called prior to thier arrival. They were running late (barely) but still called to see if it was okay to proceed with the appointment. As it tunred out the water company needed to come out and turn off the main valve outside whihc pushed back my service 4 days. I had already been withouth water for 2 days. It took a call from ALL CLEAR and two from me, but finally they came out. Unfortunately by this time ALL CLEAR was booked solid for the week. I made the soonest appointment I could and prepared for anohter week with no water. The next day I got a call from teh office sayign that a job ended earlier than expected and they could squeeze me in. She new I was at work, but felt so badly about my situation (totally not their fault). Anyway, I was able to get my mother to open up my house. The workers were courteous and fast. They even cleaned up around my messy closet floor where the valve was located (hey, I wasn't expecting them). Sure I could have saved a $30 using another company, but the service and work quality made it all worth it.

Found out our gas water heater was leaking last night. I located ALL CLEAR on Angie's List and called after-hours. Michelle called back quickly - the same night - and set up an appointment for the next morning. She was available and responsive! This morning Lucas came out and provided an estimate and repair the same day. Immediately identified issue (20 yr old water heater replacement and bringing up to code). Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions - and there was nothing for us to clean up! Great service - thank you so much! In my haste only wished that I asked for a couple of other things we needed done - will be calling on them again!!

The plumber came as scheduled, found that he needed the approval of my condo association to shut off the water, and came back in an hour when the association had opened in the morning. He realized that my job was urgent (no water) and gave it high priority, telling me to call him the moment I had the go-ahead from my association. The work itself was done well and according to estimate. I took advantage of his presence to ask him to fix two leaky toilets. The plumber explained clearly what he was doing. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I called around 10 in the morning today (a Saturday) and they showed up around noon. I thought they would just come by to take a look and give me an estimate but Lucas swapped the valves out right away. I was amazed, as I usually expect to wait several days before I can get service done on anything.

We were satisfied with their work. They gave us an estimate first. They did the job well. Originally, we needed their service because our old galvanized pipes were leaking. It turned out that we had to do some de-clogging. It was by accident that my husband and I discovered that the drain from our kitchen zinc was rusted and the man from All Clean came to check on it. There was a leak so the water was running down the pipes. Whether or not he guessed that, we are not holding it against him, that’s why I give him a “C” because I was not sure if he solved that or just an opportunity for a bigger job for him. And we knew that the galvanized pipes leading to our house needs to be replaced already. Whether or not he knew, I don’t know, because we were the ones who discovered the problem and not him. For some reason, my husband did not want to use All Clear and preferred the ones who worked for us before but the estimate they gave us is similar with All Clear and so we opted to use All Clear. They were courteous, good and prompt.

This involved replacing the entire faucet and was difficult since it was a 40 year old dripper. While there was not an exact replacement available, they found a replacement and went to purchase and replace. Service was excellent and done quickly.

The repairs went very well. They arrived on time and it only took a few hours. They were fast, efficient, professional., and very friendly. I would most definitely use them again and refer them to anyone.

The plumber came within 20 minutes of my call (on a Saturday morning!), quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought the cost was rather high, for a job that only took about 40 minutes, but that was my only complaint.

They came and explained everything and did such a good job. Very friendly and very nice.

I like them because of their availability and that they know what they are doing. They do a nice job. Their employees are good. Their price is fine. They were there when they said they would be there.

The dispatcher was polite, professional and accurate. The response time was great, they called ahead and showed up shortly thereafter. The work took only about 10 minutes and only required a small inexpensive part, so I did feel that the price was a bit high (about $190 including tax), but I don't know the "going rate" for this work. That was the only downside. The gentleman was very friendly, professional, courteous and took care to lay down a tarp so as not to leave footprints on my carpet. I would definitely call them again for other plumbing work.

I have had a long standing relationship with All Clear and have experienced professional and friendly service each time. Always thorough, I would recommend them for any water related repair. I owned a real fixer upper and trust estimates to be fair with confidence the work will be done right the FIRST time.

This was a great experience from the phone call to completion of the work!! I took a chance calling on a Sunday, thinking I'd never get in touch with anyone until the following day. The phone was answered by Michelle, who was very pleasant and very helpful. She said Fabian would be here in about an hour and he was! He explained what was wrong and completed the work quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will be giving the name to anyone who is looking for a plumber!!

Great job - fast response to initial inquiry for inspection to give estimate, which was very reasonable compared to others in the area. Replaced them same morning - quickly, efficientyl and without any future leaking. Will use again.

This was the second occasion in which we had called All-Clear to our home. We moved into a new home and were in need of a local plumber. I found Fabian's team on Angie's list and called based upon all of the great reviews. Lucas was initially called to hook up our washing machine in July of 2013. He was very courteous. After a few months, we planned on having a bar in our home converted to a wet bar as well as have a gas line installed and hook-up for a future outdoor natural gas grill. We called All-Clear and scheduled the appointment with Michelle (who is always very friendly and helpful.) It took awhile for the local permit to come back with the go-ahead, but the appointment was scheduled promptly when it did. They called before and arrived on time as stated. They worked efficiently and did a solid, good job. They are also very honest and knowledgeable, which is very important. I am glad to have found our, "go-to" plumbers and will be a no-brainer to call them in the future when we need them!

Blockage started Friday night of the weekend between Christmas and New Years when we had company staying with us. We couldn't put any water down the drain. I called several plumbing companies and left messages asking for help. The AllClear representative returned my call around 8 am and said they could have someone here between 1 and 2 pm. | |The plumber arrived at my door at exactly 1:00. He immediately told me that the company charged a flat rate of $383, including tax, for clearing a drain and asked if I wanted him to do the job. Since the only other plumber that responded to my messages didn't call until around 10am, I told him to go ahead. The Perri company had an ad in the paper for clearing a drain for under $200 but we really needed to get the problem taken care of quickly and AllClear was the only choice at that point. | |By 1:30 he had cleared the line and cleaned up the area. When I asked if anything could be done about the pipe plugs in the floor, both of which had stripped threads, he volunteered to fix them at no charge. | |The plumber from All Clear was very polite, prompt and professional. He took care to make sure that our house and belongings were not damaged by his equipment or the clean out process.

We scheduled and appointment with All Clear when we were having a problem with our toilet and sink not draining properly. It was discovered that our main sewage line was blocked from roots. Mr. Medina came to our house with his assistant and quickly diagnosed the problem. Mr. Medina showed us the cause of the block and gave sound advice on how it could affect us in the future and some preventative tips. Some plumbers would just tell us we would have to replace the line to gain more business however Mr. Medina was very honest about his advice. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Came well within the timeframe quoted and finished the job quickly. One other thing to point out is how careful Mr. Medina and his associate were in keeping the house clean. They used drop mats and I saw him a few times pick debris off the floor. Very good experience compared to our last plumber. I will definitely be calling All Clear Plumbing for our next job.
