awesome service. From scheduling to execution. the lady scheduling the appointment was very accommodating and helpful and the guy they sent for performing the service was awesome. we were a little indecisive about when to reconnect sink and he gave us the correct advice to wait for 1 more day..even when waiting would have resulted him to visit again. great service. will call them again for any other project.

The response time was quick and the people that come out are knowledgeable about what they are doing and the prices.

They do a nice job and they make sure they clean up after. They're a little pricey, but they are responsive.

It very well. It was actually an emergency installation on a Saturday morning because I noticed that the water heater was leaking on Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they sent someone out later that day. He arrived on time and gave me a very detailed explanation of what the problem was. As soon as I agreed to get the work done he started right away.

A while back another plumber (on Angie's List) said that the parts were too old so they needed a new toilet which would cost $500 to purchase & install. It was a slow drip so didn't need immediate attention. All Clear was called on a Tuesday and the appt. was scheduled for that Thursday a.m. The office called the house to inform us that the plumber was loading his truck & would be on his way. Lucas came in and gave 2 proposals for stopping the leak. As it is an older home, we chose to have both the supply line and shut off valve replaced. The total cost was $260 (an additional $20 from original quote because a section of pipe was corroded & needed to be replaced). The water main needed to be shut off, but the work, including a trip for a part, was done in a little over an hour. Before leaving, Lucas showed us all of the defective parts that he had replaced. We will definitely call this company again for plumbing needs.

Needed bathroom faucet repaired or replaced and the same with the hose bib. Called Sunday. They understood my time constraints and had Lucas scheduled for Monday. Lucas was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to rebuild both and saved us extra expense. Plus we can return the bathroom faucet we bought in case it had to be replaced. Reasonable pricing that is given to you prior to the repair. Met or exceeded all expectations.

I had a flooded countertop from a slow leak in my kitchen faucet. I contacted All Clear and Michelle called me back within an hour. She scheduled an appointment with me immediately and due to work obligations, I requested I be contacted when they were on their way to my home. As promised, I was contacted and told they would be at my home in about 20 mins and they were! The job was done quickly and Lucas cleaned the area and even took my empty box. This is the second time I've used ALL CLEAR and the only plumber I intend to call in the future. I highly recommend them.

The scheduling lady was polite and prompt with helping me out, and the guys were right on time as per schedule. They were very professional and did a very nice a clean job with no mess and gave some free tips on future maintenance as well which was good to know. Intalled a new Kohler kitchen faucet and replaced 2 valves causing a leak. Lucas was professional, friendly and efficient-we'll definitely be calling them again for other plumbing work in our new home.

We had a slow tub drain - which normally I'd address myself with a snake - but it is a new home and we had a mystery leak from the tub (into the dining room below) a month ago - that while I haven't been able to recreate - I was concerned about fiddling with the drain myself. Long story short, I called and they were there within 2 hours. I wasn't expecting same day service! He gave some advice about the likely source of the leak (new grout needed) and snaked the drain. Great service - fast, courteous. Will call again.

I noticed a discoloration in my dining room ceiling a few weeks earlier. Since a handyman was coming to do other work in my house on 6/5/15, I waited to show it to him. He opened up the ceiling and told me to call a plumber ASAP. I have been in my house one year. The previous owners had apparently fixed a leak and, when the ceiling was repaired, they used a nail that was too long and it burst the pipe again. The nail head broke into the hole, which is why it wasn't gushing all over and took some time to show the discoloration. I called ALL CLEAR due to their A rating on Angie's List. I was greeted very pleasantly and with concern about the problem in my house. I asked if anyone could come over as soon as possible, and was told that they happened to have a technician leaving another job and he could stop by my house on the way back. I was so relieved! Lucas from ALL CLEAR arrived in less than an hour!!! He was very professional. He went right to work and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the copper pipe with ease but did not rush. My leak is fixed and the price was very fair. Thank you, ALL CLEAR! Now I have a local plumber I can call in the future.

Excellent service. They came out quickly to give an estimate, and were able to do the work within the week. The workers were courteous, asked our opinions when there were choices and clearly explained any options. Would definitely use again for any plumbing matters.

It worked out great. They were nice and professional. They offered to come back out if the hole they dug up did not smooth back out.

We bought an inexpensive replacement for a very old utility sink in the basement. It looked like a DIY to set it up but turned out not to be. I had used All Clear before and called them again. They returned my call the following day and sent their guy that same afternoon. He had to replace the valves that a previous plumber had installed, cut the drain pipe, assemble the PVC pipes and install the faucet that came with the sink. It took him about an hour and a half. The plumber was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.

This company quickly identified and fixed the problem that we were having with a leak in the walls from the upstairs showers to the dining room. They were courteous, professional, engaging and quickly got the problem fixed. I would certainly use them again.

When I found a leaking pipe in my basement I knew I needed a professional in a hurry but didn't have a relationship with any local plumbers. I called All Clear at 10:00am and explained the problem and was told someone could be to my house that morning. My expectations were exceeded when I got a call back in 15 minutes to let me know that the plumber had finished his previous job and was on the way. Lucas arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided what I believed to be a reasonable estimate. He got to work right away and was quick, professional, and courteous. By 11:30 he was cleaning up and what I believed would be a day(s) long ordeal was already solved and in the past! He had replaced the problematic length of pipe, refilled the system, and bled out the air already. I would use their services again and recommend them to friends.

Living in our home for 7 years, we've been lucky to have not needed any major repairs until now. After discovering water in our basement, we found All Clear on Angie's List and called them to check it out. Lucas arrived promptly, within two hours of my initial call to Michele, who was very friendly and eager to help set up the appointment. Lucas quickly diagnosed the problem and also identified some other issues we didn't even know we were having. He quoted the price to snake out the line, and not having any experience with this type of service I was surprised at the $330 price tag. Unfortunately, we had no time to shop around for "better" prices because the problem needed to be fixed ASAP. I justified the price because the job was done so quickly (the entire visit lasted less than 45 minutes), Lucas was professional and knowledgeable, and also diagnosed a more serious problem that we didn't even know was brewing, and gave us an estimate for the service to fix that issue. Do I think we could have found a cheaper price? Yes. But was I pleased with the service we received? Yes. I would call All Clear again and would recommend them.

Fabian was on time, pleasant but 'businesslike'. He had to remove a small section of wall sheetrock to get at the full length of pipe, asked permission to do so. Good job, but $400 seemed high for the time spent.

It was a major, muddy and messy project and I couldn't have asked for a more competent and professional job. Fabian, and the men who he oversaw, were very polite and considerate and worked extremely hard. I could not recommend them more highly and will definitely use them again.
