The plumber was professional and explained everything.

Originally the problem seemed to be that the cartridge of the faucet needed to be replaced and the cost would be $249 plus tax. When the faucet was disassembled the plumbers found that the cartridge was stuck and could not be removed. They told me the answer to the problem would be to cut through the sheet rock in the closet behind the shower and a section of copper pipe with the stuck cartridge would need to be cut out and replaced as well as a new faucet installed. The price for this would be $749 plus tax coming to a total of $801. The plumbers were professional, on-time and seemed to know what to do. They did fix the problem. My only issue with this repair is that I was surprised by the cost. When you expect $249 and the price triples it's an unpleasant surprise. This company does not not charge by the hour but has fixed costs for certain repairs. There were 2 plumbers who spent a total of 2 hours on this repair including one who went out to a store to buy a new faucet. Maybe I'm out of touch about how much plumbing repairs cost but I thought this was more expensive than it might have been if the job was charged by the hour. Otherwise as I said, everything else about this company was very good, just a bit more expensive than I thought it might be. When this survey asked the question of whether I would hire again they only gave the choice of "yes" or "no". I would say "maybe" based on my experience with the cost of another plumber in the future.

They were a little on the high end, but they made up for the service. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will defiantly use them again. The work took over the span of two days. It was approximately six hours. It was an pretty intensive job. They had to dig up the pipes. It was a full day.

due to layout of house pipe - there is a belly in the system which was causing the problem. Gurantee was not provided due to this flaw.Problem was resolved by snake and clean. the service provider suggested couple of preventive maintenance care to reduce clog in the belly.

They charged $383 for 30 min of work. Just because I injured my arms and could not do it myself. Complete rip-off. Will not hire again. 1 month later, I changed a whole AC system, did not use this company. They made money for this small work, but lost a costumer for ~10K job.

Job was done quickly and well. Plumber (Lucas) was on time, friendly, and professional.

They were excellent. They were very good. Give them an A; they were very good. For quality, they were very good. I would use them again. They left their card; I have it on the refrigerator. I think it was one person who came out to complete the work and they were very nice.

They came out when I had a problem, they diagnosed the problem and came back to replace the sewer pipe for me. Very professional, very courteous and timely. I have recommended them to others.

Fabian was great. He came out and gave us a free quote. We decided to move forward with the replacement of our sump pump which he did for us in 1/2 hour. He was very honest and gave lots of options for what we needed done as we JUST finished our basement.

VERY professionally. The All-Clear plumber asked to check my water heater for any problems, which I had not thought of requesting as I had not experienced any trouble with it in recent years. I was surprised to find that the water heater was leaking and needed replacement. All-Clear brought in a new water heater and replaced the defective one very quickly. The other two leaks were also repaired quickly. The entire process of finding and fixing the leaks and replacing the worn-out water heater took less than 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the company's service!

They checked the toilet but couldn't resolve the issue, found the solution online to clear the jet valve with a metal rod, that resolved the issue
