I called on a Sunday morning when our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. They came a few hours later the same day (on a Sunday!). The office called to tell me when the truck was en route to our house. They have several locations throughout Mercer County - we live in Hamilton. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.

The girl overt he phone sounds very sweet. She gave me a call before the contractor coming in. The contractor is very polite and professional. He fixed it within an hour. He also explained how to prevent this happen again. He left a card with 90-day warranty.

Was able to contact All Clear right away and the young lady who took my call was very sweet and professional and was able to get me an appointment the same day. They originally thought there wouldn't be availability till 3-5pm but were actually able to get to me by 1:30. I had a frozen pipe. They quickly unfroze the pipe and checked to make sure there weren't any leaks that had occurred. I inquired about a longer term solution and they gave me a very reasonable estimate for re-routing two of my pipes to avoid the risk of freezing in future. They also gave me suggestions on how to keep the water flowing in my toilet so that it didn't freeze up again until I could make the appointment for the re-routing of my pipes. Everyone was very kind, courteous and helpful. The cost to unfreeze your pipes is expensive - but of course it's an emergency service and I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day. It is much more cost effective to proactively fix your pipes to avoid this type of issue in the first place and their estimate was very reasonable for the long term solution.

Being first time homeowners, the idea that the frozen pipes, when they thawed, would cause major water problems, we immediately called All Clear. They answered immediately and said they could be over in a few hours after they finished another job. Indeed, they came when they said. They knew just what to do, checked to make sure (and showed us how as well) that the pipes hadn't burst yet. The guys were very professional and as an added bonus, kind. I would use this company again.

I went with All Clear because of the terrific reviews. They did not disappoint. Fabian showed up on New Year's Day and was punctual. He diagnosed the problem (leaking kitchen sink) in under 2 minutes. He explained the problem and my husband, who did not want me to call a plumber, ran off to get a new sink and asked Fabian to fix more than he originally came for. I left for mass and when I returned home, Fabian had installed the sink, fixed extra issues and gone. My only frustration was with my husband who did not tip Fabian - who did a service call on New Year's Day!!! So tip will be in the mail.

They did a great job at first. I want to get toilet myself, maybe a little fancy one, but the was all the same, so we let the plumber get another white one. I sent a evaluation form in the mail also. thank u all clear, for a great job.

They did an excellent job. He did his job, he did it early, we got a very good price, he did it on time and was very informative. He told us what was going on and he was very helpful to us. The city had to do some work outside and he was there when the city came and he was very helpful and he was like he was going to tell us what was going on, he was very helpful.

They arrived quickly and were complete just as quickly.

I placed the call Monday morning, and arranged for a Tuesday morning appointment. Fabian and his assistant arrived on time, and quickly discovered the problem. He had all of the needed tools and materials on the truck so the entire repair took only 2 hours. It wasn't cheap, but when you factor in travel time, overhead, etc. it was what I anticipated the cost would be. Overall an excellent experience.

He arrived on time, looked at the faucet. Quickly he determined the problem and was able to clear the stopper that was installed by the prior owner. The task was done within 5 minutes and they did not charge me anything. He also explained what needs to be done in the winter so as to avoid pipe burst. I also showed him the sunk pump which I need to install , he looked at the surroundings and will have the office send me the quote. Overall he looked very professional, helpful. I would definitely return to this provider.

The work was done well. We had an emergency and they were the first company who was able to make it the same day that I called. The people were very nice, professional, and they did a good job.

I had hired them before many years so I chose to hire them again. Everything worked well. The cost was $330 after the $50 discount and I thought that was pretty high. The young man was a nice guy, thorough, knew what he was doing, and did a great job. He did everything he said he was going to do and told me ahead of time how much it was going to cost me. I would shop around first and get other estimates before hiring them again.

When I called, they answered and they came the same day to take care of the problem, they were very conscientious. They were good. I don't have any comparison as to price, it was kind of a rushed situation, I just spoke to the first person. For the price, maybe they would have been a little less but coming out within 2 hours, I think that's worth it.

I called the company around 7:45am on a Saturday. Michelle in the office checked and said she could have Fabian and Jose at my place between 9:00 and 10:00, and she would call when they were on their way. She called about 9:35 and said they'd be here in about 20 minutes. Almost exactly 20 minutes later, they arrived. They listened carefully while I explained the problems and showed them the sinks and they got right to work. They carefully disassembled the kitchen drain, snaked it, did the same to the bathroom drain, checked the basement plumbing stack repeatedly to be certain nothing was leaking there, repeatedly checked their work clearing the drains, and reassembled everything. They spent about 15 minutes again checking everything with the water running, making certain there were no leaks or other problems. Start to finish, it took less than 45 minutes. Fabian and Jose were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were careful and cleaned up their work areas.About as good an experience as a plumbing problem could be.

The clog was hard to get at and it took him an hour and access from two different points to reach it. All with a smile. And there is a 90 day guarantee.

They were good. They were fine. They were very prompt let say we are in an emergency situation at this time the others don't possibly come but they came and the gentleman was very professional and very nice. They were a little bit pricier than what I expected but at the same time I use them because of emergency so I paid it.

I called at 1 pm. At 2 pm everything was fixed. Lucas was polite and effective.

This company was punctual, they called when the plumber was on his way. The plumber himself was amazing -- courteous, knew exactly how to fix the job, did a fantastic job, wasn't messy -- I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good trustworthy company to do plumbing and will use them again when necessary.

Lucas did an excellent job replacing the two faucets. First he tried to replace the kitchen faucets (four individual pieces), but one small part in the new kit was broken. While I returned it to Lowes, he worked on the bathroom faucet (three individual pieces). He had some trouble taking out the old bathroom faucets due to rust, but got the job done beautifully. After finishing, he replaced the kitchen faucet with no problems My wife and I were very pleased with his effort and the results.

I called the office at about 8:30 on a Saturday morning when I realized both my toilets were clogged. The appointment center was very helpful and explained that the plumber was already out on a call. She asked what my schedule for the day was so she could accommodate me. I requested that he come as soon as possible. Fabian was at my door about two hours later. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He explained what he believed caused the clog and made suggestions that may prevent it from reoccurring.

Very friendly and efficient response when I called company. Excellent response time (arrived in less than 2 hours :-D ). The work was carried out quickly and professionally. They checked installation carefully before leaving and provided me with information on use. Very nice people - friendly but also very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again - very pleased.

They did some plumbing last week. They replaced several old valves. They installed a dishwasher. They were very prompt. They were professional. They were courteous. I really liked them.

It went great. They showed up on time, had the right part, and were in and out in probably a half hour. The worker walked me through everything that was going on, showed me how everything worked, told me the cost before beginning the work, delivered, and charged what he said he would.
