Project was started 1 month after scheduled date. Estimated timeline for fence repair/replacement was 3-4 days; six weeks later, the project still is not completed. Contractor does not show up at promised dates or times. Many details neglected: no caps on fence posts, painting of existing posts was patchy, large gap between bottom of fence and ground.
