We hired them to complete the tiling of our finished basement. He and his men did an exceptional job, and provided tremendous value. We unconditionally recommend Mr. Coley and his company.

Richard responded immediately on a Sunday to my request for someone to install tile on home advisor. He came out the next day and provided a reasonable estimate, and did an excellent job with replacing some of our tile - including a shower wall and a shower insert. He made great recommendations for trim and did a flawless installation. He was always on time, and worked for consecutive days until the project was complete. We highly recommend him.

This is by far the best experience I have had with someone working in my home. Richard was very courteous and respectful. He came on time for the estimate and to get the work done. He wore shoe covers in my house even though I told him he didnâ t need to. He used drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned up very neatly after the work was done. The price he gave me was better than any other I received. AND he works so quickly that everything was done ahead of schedule. I told him what I wanted done and took his professional recommendations. He went above and beyond my expectations. I donâ t usually leave reviews but I had to make an exception this time. I will definitely be contacting Coleyâ s Tiling again to work on my other properties.

He did not do what he promised, he is not responsible in his work and I do not feel confident about having him in my house. He did not respect my home.

I had multiple contractors look at my project and my first impression of Richard made me hire him on the spot. I gave him an idea of the plans for my bathrooms and he gave me some ideas and explained every step of the process to me. As a female I tend to run into contractors who wants to take advantage by charging an astronomically high prices and provide poor quality service, but Richard charged a reasonable price and my bathroom looks exquisite. His customers was great and his work was clean, high quality and you can see he take great pride in his work from start to finish. I highly recommend Richard!

Came in and got the job done in a day and half which was to re-tile a shower surround. He left the area clean after his work and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for tiling work.

was not a good experience. i should have thought twice beings as there were not any reviews from 2020. when putting in our floor he cracked nine of the wall tiles and did not even say anything. we noticed the next day when we were cleaning off the dust from the walls. PLUS he will not fix the tiles he broke! would higjhly NOT recommend. UPDATE_ 12/20/20 still nothing. home advisor is going to pay for me to take him to arbitration. we got an estimate for repair for 200 (which is low) and he will not pay it to us nor will he do the work.. ALSO NOTICE there are no other recent reviews. would not hire. UPDATE 2021- he gave me money to have the tiles fixed- after a lot of crap and almost two months later!

Mr. Coley and his team did an excellent job on the renovation of our bathroom. He scheduled quickly and completed the job on schedule. He went above and beyond helping me with design options. I would recommend Coley Tiling. Mr. Coley treated the job as if it were for his own home.

Coley's does excellent work. The newly installed sheetrock and paint job made the condo unit look like a newly built residence.

Richard and his crew did an excellent job installing drywall and painting my basement for a complete renovation project. They were true to their word. Hard working and completed the job quickly. They also did an excellent job tiling our steam shower. However, I noted after they left and were paid that the fixture coverts in the shower did not cover the holes in the porcelain in two places. When I reached out twice to have them come back, no reply.

They definitely do not know how to finish drywall. After first coat of paint the missed so much wall totally uneven. This job they did needs to be redone. I cannot believe this is the product home advisor is putting their name on. So upset right now I cannot even. I have tons of pics to support these claims.

Richard is professional, courteous, careful and very talented. The tile he laid in my bathroom shower was level and flush - looks fabulous.
