I discovered water damage inside my home. I contacted several roofing companies to come investigate and provide me a diagnostic and solution. Roof Advisors were prompt, thorough, and explained everything to me at each step with pictures so I knew I was making the necessary choices to address faulty roofing done by the home builder on my 4 year old home. the crew was prompt, diligent and quick in ensuring my roof was repaired to code. Michael and his team did a great job with installing my new roof. This was my first experience with a major home improvements and Michael made it a easy and painless experience. During the consultation, he explained what the issues were and what was causing my roof to leak. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions which I appreciated. Day of roof install, he checked in with me throughout the day and gave me updates on the progress. His team was professional throughout the whole process. At end of the install, he showed me pictures of the roof so I could see the finished project. Overall, I appreciate how easy this process was and how helpful and professional Michael and his team were throughout.

My house was damaged by the tornado of April 1, 2023. I needed to have my roof entirely replaced. Mr. Mitchell came out the night of the tornado to see the damage to my roof and then came out the next day Sunday and repaired my roof. This was an emergency repair and he was anxious to get it taken care of because of the danger that was involved. He was compassionate and caring and his main concern was ourSafety. I would highly recommend Michael Mitchell and his company Roof Advisors.The repairs were done in a timely manner and the work was excellent.

To me, the price, from any company, for vinyl repair is way out of reasonableness. |To reinstall a 10ft piece of siding, from all companies that I talked with ranged from 450.0 to 350. However, I did get a better offer from Roof Advisors. That company went out of its way to get the piece installed the same day we talked about the job. They were very professional efficient. They were willing to negotiate about the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks for a job well done.

Mike came over to assess my roof damage. He walked me through exactly what I needed to get done. He allowed me to see photos of the damages to my roof, and gave me a great estimate price. The next day, Mike and his team started the job and noticed other issues not just with my roof, but my neighbors as well, who are adjacent and next to me. I just purchased a home that I thought had a good roof. We had some heavy rain recently, and I discovered that I had a leak. Roof advisors promptly sent someone out that same day to give me an estimate. A few days later a crew came out and replaced the damaged sections and re-shingled the roof. The job was done and the yard thoroughly cleaned. The company was out at the site to make sure everything ran smoothly.
