It went well overall. I was impressed with the fact that they wrapped everything. However, some things I didn’t like were:. I was cleaning up after them (picking up their empty tape rolls and cardboard). Also, they asked for a tip and when I gave it to (the supervisor), he said he usually gets more. I am a single widow and this project ended up costing over $1,000 over what I was quoted, which I was ok with, but to then be told I didn’t tip enough was not cool.

Direct Pro Logistics did not represetn itself and kept my deposit. after I changed my move order they changed their per cube rate by+26.5%. I asked to see the tariffs and they went dark on me. They have my deposit and moved nothing.

This is a SCAM!! I talked with a very helpful young man, made clear my needs, and we agreed on a price and a day. The day was YESTERDAY, August 1, 2024. I drove to the pick up point in order to meet the truck yesterday morning at 8 am. Guess what?? It's August 2, they will not answer my calls, return calls, answer texts, or communicate in any way!!! STAY AWAY!!!

My experience with this company was perfect, I was pleasantly surprised at how my furniture was treated despite the difficulty of the task, Nothing was damaged during the move.
