 + 1 moreThe job went fantastic considering we were using major parts of the old house ( part of foundation, some electrical, some of the old heating system), Ray utilized everything that he could from the old house, he had some great ideas that deviated from the original architects plans and they worked out great. RTS (Ray) has extensive experience with subcontractors and that proved to be very important since we had to use electricians, plumbers, etc. I would definitely listen to what Ray has to say and follow his suggestions. In the end,,,it was perfect. It is hard to find contractors with his experience and who is on the job everyday like Ray from RTS was.
Description of Work: Ray has done numerous jobs for me over the years but the most recent job entailed a whole house renovation. The job was complicated because the majority of the old house was torn down and they had to match the new work into the old work. There was a lot of beams and not your typical construction. The job turned out beautiful and was done faster than I expected, The only time there was a hold up on the job was when I was waiting to get more money. Overall, we are extremely pleased.

 + 1 moreThey were very prompt and called back right away when I called them for an estimate. They gave me the estimate on time. They charged as they had estimated and there were no added upgrades. The work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of RTS Contractors about two weeks ago for general remodeling which included some deck work, painting and many more things.
