+ -1 moreEverything went great. Showed up on time for the estimate and provided me with clear pricing and multiple brochures w/ samples. There was near constant communication up until the day the work was to be done. They showed up on time w/ a small army of guys to do the work. They arrived at 7:30am and it was complete by 12:30pm. Everything was cleaned up and they left my yard looking better than it did before they arrived. My new roof looks great and doesn't leak!
Description of Work: Total replacement of shingles and rotted wood after finding a leak in the roof.

+ -1 moreI was told the color was no longer available. He replaced with black shingles on a charcoal roof. When I went to sell the house two years later the buyer requested I replace the black shingles with matching charcoal. I found another roofer who was able to match the charcoal color. This cost me a addition 400 dollars.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on our house(3-bedroom rancher.) They replaced all the wood and sealed around the chimney and the edges of roof. They were very professional and didn't try to sell us anything more than we needed.

Description of Work: This company was recommended to me by a friend. She had only good things to say about Sun Roofing, and I am in total agreement with her. Replacing a roof can be a dirty job, and my case, it was necessary to scrape off two old layers of shingles. They were very cautious and clean! They not only placed tarps down from the roof of the house, but they placed sheets of plywood against the windows to prevent pieces of shingles from dropping and breaking the windows. After they finished this job, unless you knew the roof was new, you would never know that this job had been done. In addition, they were punctual and very professional, and finished the job in the time they said they would! I am very happy with their work.
