Everything went really well. From the initial consultation to the post install water test. Priced reasonably compared to others, patient enough to test the various water sources and answer all questions. On time and definitely knowledgeable.

Liz and Al were very nice and knowledgeable about all the benefits a system like this could have. Also Fast install. I am very pleased. Definitely felt a difference right away on my hair. My hair was so dry before installing this system due to too much chlorine in my water. It’s literally like night and day now my hair never felt this soft and my skin as well. I am super happy knowing that my family is going to be drinking fresh alkaline water and that I am washing my fruits and veggies in clean water as well just a peace of mind for me.

After testing our water, they told us that we don't need softener so that saved us money. The advised that we can remove the softener system from our water purification system which simplifies things. They also advised us on how often we should change the filter and UV bulb. They gave us a lot of valuable information since we just bought this house and we're new to all this.

We highly recommend Ultra Pure. Al is a true professional who cares about his clients. We were concerned about our existing water treatment system since I have a lung condition that makes me vulnerable to certain environmental waterborne pathogens. Al analyzed our system and tested our water. He explained how to improve our RO system in terms that made sense to me and to my husband, who is a chemical engineer. Given my respiratory issues, Al thought we might also want to consider an air purification system. That was an excellent suggestion. So we improved not just the water but also the air in our house. Al delivered everything himself and took the time to explain how to operate and maintain the systems. I’m breathing better already!

Excellent installed quickly and system working great

We have had our Ultra Pure water purification system for our home for six years. Ultra Pure provides us with excellent service and keep us up to date with our filtration system.

I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy.

We used Ultra Pure for whole house water filtration. Our water is very hard and we have seen such a big difference in quality, taste and hardness in our water. We also installed air purifiers in our main rooms and nursery to give ourselves peace of mind knowing we are being protected from germs and bacteria as well as pet dander from our dog.

Fantastic service and product. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with placement of the sink purifier and came back to retest water. Our water tastes great and feels great. My son’s eczema is completely gone. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
