 + -1 moreALERT TO ALL COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE REINO CONSTRUCTION AT ALL AS THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I HAVE HAD A DAMAGED FOOTING AROUND MY BELGIUM BLOCK DOWN MY DRIVEWAY AND I AM WILLING TO PAY THEM TO REPAIR BUT THEY WILL NOT EVEN REPAIR FOR MONEY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MARISSA THEIR OFFICE MANAGER IS VERY NICE BUT THE OWNER CARMINE JR. WILL NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING REINO FOR ANY WORK.

 + -1 moreI called Company several times after September 4, 2013 to schedule a date for them to perform my contracted driveway maintenance work. For two months the Company was nonresponsive to my attempts at scheduling their sealcoating job. This was a concern to me because sealcoating apparently can not be done once cold temperatures develop in late fall. Finally, in early November, 2013 the Company scheduled my driveway maintenance work to be done on 11/16/2013. Due to rain the night of November 15th, the Company notified me on November 16 that work could not be done on Nov 16. I asked them to reschedule my driveway maintenance work as soon as possible. On 11/20/13, the Company advised me via email that current colder temperatures require that they now delay my driveway sealcoating job until it warms up in Spring, 2014. The Company's unexplained and continuous delays over the period from September 4th to November 16th were inexcusable and reflect a complete lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I will never attempt to use this company in the future.
Description of Work: On September 4, 2013, I signed Company's contract and delivered via email to the Company their executed contract to fill cracks and sealcoat my 1,600 sq ft asphalt driveway. The purpose of this work was to prepare my driveway for winter weather. On September 4th, I asked Company, in writing via email, to schedule a date to do the contracted work.

 + -1 moreIt was a great experience! They came and arrived on time. They did an excellent job, that's why they got so many jobs in the area. My daughter hired somebody to do my driveway, and my driveway ended up a mess. I'm thrilled with this company, as well as everybody else in the area. They were terrific, and I was very happy! I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Reino Construction for my asphalt driveway.
