 + -1 moreThe project went smoothly from the first phone call until they finished the job. Mr. Reese responded to my initial phone call immediately and we set up an appointment for an estimate. We agreed they would do the job. They arrived as soon as they completed a job in progress and were always prompt, neat, and polite. My roof was finished in several days (slight rain delay) and everything was left perfectly clean and in place. They were a pleasure to work with and I would DEFINITELY use them again.
Description of Work: Mr. Reese and his son re-shingled the roof on my house.

 + -1 moreI called Reese and Sons on Wednesday and arranged for an appointment on Saturday. I liked Mr Reese immediately on the phone because he asked smart questions that showed that he understood the problem. He arrived on time as scheduled and looked at both the inside and outside of the house. He climbed onto the roof and made sure there was no other damage. He determined that the roof was not leaking and that there was no other damage, gave me a very reasonable estimate and offered to do the work immediately. I had extra shingles so he fixed the roof on the spot. He looked over the roof and even fixed a loose chimney cap for no charge! He was extremely professional and explained every thing that he was doing. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: We lost some roof shingles in Hurricane Sandy and called Reese sons to replace them.

 + -1 moreI called several roofers and Reese Roofing was the one who could get back to me and look at the problem the fastest . Some of the others said that they could not get to me until two weeks or a month later. As I did have water coming into my famil room though it was small it was an issue for me. I live in the Hurricane Sandy area of New Jersey so the problem with a roofer getting to me as soon as possible was an issue. Reese Roofers came to inspect the job that week and came back and did the job the following week. They were both professional and courteous and explained exactly what need to be done. I would definitely use Reese and Sons Roofers again. We have had a heavey downpour since then and the roof has not leak so apparently he found the problem.

 + -1 moreMr. Reese arrived when promised to provide estimate, spent considerable time inspecting roof and describing what needed to be done, Was very personable, pleasant and real. Estimate was quite reasonable, no pressure to do more than necessary. Completed all work in a few hours during a scheduled visit.. Offered to follow up should leaks recur. Would hire him for any future roofing job.

Description of Work: Before Hurricane Irene we had another heavy rain storm the week prior. During that storm my attic fan cover blew off, Rain poured into my roof and through the upstairs lights into the house. I called Paul Reese and he provided an immediate quick fix until he could arrive. He spenttime installing what we thought was a new attic fan but that fan was defective. He tried to repair the defective fan yethere was something more severely wrong with it. He reinstalled a new attic fan that works just fine now. Paul has worked on a few repairs at my residence and is efficient, friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. His upbeat, positive work ethic is refreshing compared to some other unscrupulous contractors. I highly recommend him. He has many years of roofing experience.

Description of Work: He replaced several shingles that had blown off and noticed the area had been repaired previously, but the shingles were not sealed properly and that is why they blew off again. He did a good job color-matching the old ones. I'm happy to say there are no more leaks and with hurricane Irene and quite a bit of heavy rains lately, they've truly been tested. Thank you Paul. Description of Work: Disappointing. He said he'll be back to finish the job and he never came. Maybe it was too small of a job but why say you'll come back next week if you don't intend to come.

 + -1 moreI believe he did a good job fixing the leak. The cabinet where the water was leaking into has been dry every since. He explained what he was going to do in detail, I just don't have a good memory. This is actually the second time I've hired this person. The first time, which was a couple of years ago, also to fix leak on the roof, but from a different spot, I got quotes from a couple of other companies. His was the cheapest.

Actually, his well mannered and professional teenaged son and partner is a genius because it was his son who found the actual roof leak and they both repaired it! Local roofer who is friendly, upbeat and punctual, good work.
