Len and his team by far are the best contracting firm there is. I have used many contractors in the past and they upsell you on work that doesn't need to be done and then ask for more and more money. Not Len and his team. He was extremely honest and upfront with all pricing and work that he was able to do. We had a big job; got the entire master bath gutted, lighting, all the other bathrooms cabinetry and granite redone, fixed all the plumbing (toilets and sinks), stained and refinished the floors and stairs of the entire house and then had the house painted. What makes his company so great is that they are a one stop shop for all your home needs. I didn't need to go to different places to get flooring or painting or the construction work. He has all the workers on standby so it becomes easy to go directly through him. His pricing was extremely competitive and much better than if you went through Lowes or Home Depot. Most importantly, he helped guide us through the designs we wanted and various color schemes. He always made time to talk to us and communication was EXCELLENT. That to me was extremely important be because we had many questions and he was very patient and took time to make us feel calm and assured. I would 100% use Len and his team for any other work I need to have done at my home.They aren't just a handyman but they do EVERYTHING. I have already recommended him to many of my friends. I never write reviews, but felt that Len and his team deserved such high regards.

Gentleman kept his appointment on the morning of May 19th, 2015. Since that date I have called the company office three times - May 28th, June 3rd and June 15th. Each time I was told that they would reach out to the contractor and give him the message. As of today, June 19th, I have heard absolutely nothing. It does not take a month merely to give me a quote or estimate. Well, just as in baseball....three strikes and your OUT!!!!

Len and his team did a fabulous job at our home. Starting from the first time that we met Len, going through the process of helping us with the decisions in the bathroom, the professionalism of Len and his team were all first rate! The quality of work and care that Len's team takes while completing the work is also great! Due to the exceptional work and reviews from all satisfied members, Len is busy! So, it takes a while to get the work scheduled, but is worth the wait.

I called Len and he came out and gave me estimates on the two bathrooms I wanted remodeled. He is extremely honest and up front with what it was going to cost. I had the main bath and the powder room completely redone. We went down to studs in both bathrooms. The estimates were on point. I did make a few changes on the projects so the price did increase but I was fine with the increase. This increase was discussed before the changes were done. No surprises. Charlie, the project manager, was always available to answer questions. You can tell he cared how the project was progressing and that he cares for the men working on the projects. The two gentlemen who worked on the projects were Rocco and Chris. I cannot say enough about these two men. They were there every day. They were punctual, polite and extremely professional. As the job progressed they gave me ideas on design and believe me some of their ideas were incorporated into the final work. I was thrilled with their ideas. There work was perfect. I trusted them enough to let them work in my home without me being there. I never went home dreading what I would find. I knew they would leave my home clean. I asked to have several small projects completed while they were in my home. Again, I wasn?t disappointed; they did the small projects perfectly. With any large projects there will be issues. There was an issue with the plumbing but these issues were addressed and handled immediately. I am thinking about upgrading the master bath and having the interior of my home painted. I would definitely use Len and his team again and have recommended him to friends and family.

Very professional, would recommend to anyone

I am a veteran (45 years) home improvement specialist. So, it's rare that I need contractors to do work for me, and every time I have, the work was not as good as it could be. But in this case, the project went better than I could have expected! I asked for proposals from six different contractors, only two of whom were willing to take responsibility for everything I needed done. The remainder wouldn't do appliance removal, and one was downright insulting. Of the two I narrowed down to, Len's was half the price exactly. The project involved removing an old plastic laminate countertop that was installed with some bizarre techniques, removing plastic laminate backsplashes and installing a new undermount sink. To do this work, it was required to remove, relocate and reinstall a drop-in range, a gas cooktop and an undercounter wall over. The kitchen also had a 15' curved wall. The 'templator' was the star of the show ... I never saw a more precise and professional craftsman. He was followed by two guys who disconnected and moved the appliances, then three guys who installed the tons of quartz and finally a plumber who connected the sink. The whole process ran like clockwork. And Len, himself, as well as Rich, my salesman, were present or on the phone with me constantly to be sure I was happy.

They started in June and were done by the end of August. What really stood out was their response to any concerns. They were concerns here and there while they were in the process. If something had gone wrong, we called them and they were there immediately. They called me within a few hours. We also had some refinishing that needed to be done. Within a few days, they came out and re-fixed a piece. So we had very immediate response. Everything along the way they estimated. They had their estimate. If they wanted to change something, they talked to us first. They even had a 4:54.2; our house had to manage behind the walls. They didn’t know and we didn’t know. They fixed it immediately at a very reasonable price. With regard to price, they were on average with everybody else. We got a few other quotes and they were right in amongst those. They were not way high or way low. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

It went fairy smooth. The main worker Nick was excellent. He explain things as he went along. He made excellent suggestions in how to best do something. Getting some of the materials to do the work at times was a problem. It extended the 4 week job to a 6 week job. We also had to wait for some subcontractors to do their work. We where satisfied with the final project.

We didn't think the price for framing, insulating, and painting 800 sq ft basement with no bathroom and no extra's should be almost $20K, so we didn't hire.

I was familiar with Len's company because of a much smaller job that had been done for me earlier. The total approximate cost shown in this review includes all the materials (cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, etc.) as well as the installation work that was done. Len has a contact at Lowes with whom I worked to choose the cabinets, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, lighting and faucets. (The same cabinet style was used for the kitchen and master bath, and the same granite style was used for the kitchen, master bath and fireplace.) I worked with another of Len's contacts at a nearby Daltile showroom to choose the subway tile for the kitchen backsplash. The installation of the cabinets, hardwood flooring, lighting, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, base molding and plumbing, as well as the painting, was done by various members of Len's team as well as associated subcontractors he brought in. The installation of the granite for the countertops and fireplace was handled by the granite provider associated with Lowes. I'm very happy with the result of all the work that was done. From the beginning, Len was good to work with. He and his team were always responsive to my requests or concerns. The gentlemen who worked on installing the cabinets were clearly intent on making sure everything was level and installed well. I really appreciated this attention to detail. As a result, the installation of the granite countertops on top of the base cabinets went very smoothly. Originally, I was planning to have the new hardwood flooring installed in the kitchen and family room only. However, when I saw how nice the new floor looked, I asked that we expand the project to include installing the new flooring in the living room and dining room as well. A revised estimate was produced for my review and acceptance. I appreciated Len's flexibility in making this adjustment to expand the project. Except for a very few finishing details, the overall project for the kitchen, master bath and new flooring was completed in about two months. During the project, not everything went perfectly. However, for a project of this magnitude, I wouldn't expect everything to go perfectly. The key for me was that Len and his team demonstrated a constant commitment along the way to taking care of things to my satisfaction. As a result, as I said before, I'm very happy with the final results of all the work that was done. I think my remodeled kitchen and master bath and the new hardwood floor look great! I would certainly use Len's company again for any remodeling or maintenance work I might have in the future.

The job was completed in record time of 1 1/2 days and the word was excellent. Perfection is how we would describe it. Worker showed up on time, was very pleasant and worked very hard to get the job done. We are so please with the results , that we have contracted with them to remodel our 2 bathrooms in May of this year and we will have them redo our kitchen next year. I recommend this contractor to all who are considering any kind of contracting work. They are bonded, get the job done within the time frame given and they are the pricing is reasonable. A ++ as far as we are concerned. Would only utilize this firm for all of our work.

Len came out to give me an estimate. He was punctual, polite,and very honest. His estimate was lower then other estimates we recieved. His men built a great hearth for my wood burning stove. The tile work was awesome. They also did beautiful molding work I'm my daughters room and installed attic steps in garage. They also installed a Honeywell humidifier on my furnace and throughly explained how it works and how to maintain. Awesome job all around.

Len and his crew patiently walked us through every step of the process to ensure we were comfortable with all the choices we made and that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. In addition his crew could not have been more accommodating throughout the entire job. In my opinion if you aren't satisfied with the work this company does then I don't think it's possible for anyone to satisfy you.

The guy said he needed to talk to their plumber and get back to me. They never called me back and they never gave me a price.

It was really good! The cost was more than I initially expected, but I added things one like baseboards that increased the cost. He provided a good estimate. He was really good to work with and fair with the pricing. There were no surprises for me because he told me when things were going to cost more.

Their estimate process was okay. They got back to us within a few days. I'm not ready to go through with the work though.

They came out promptly. I liked them. They were very professional.

They set you up with people to help pick out items and fixture for the bathroom which is really nice.

I think he is exorbitantly priced. He hired someone else to do all the work and didn't do anything himself. The guy he hired, Andy, was terrific. He was a very nice person and did the best he could to fix the fact that I now have a popcorn ceiling in almost every room. I had the popcorn ceiling from the beginning and then they started to peel. They should have addressed the popcorn ceiling.

They were reasonable and professional, but we just decided to not go through with the work,

I didn't choose them because the price was too high. I felt they would be overcharging me based off of other estimates I got. They were the highest estimate.

They sent two people who did the job. They seemed to do a good, solid job.
