I just spoke to the provider so far. We have an appointment for July 8 to take a look at the job I need done. He was very helpful on the phone and actually told me how to do part of the job myself.

The technicians that did the job were excellent. Very professional, organized and talented. they removed vanity, commode, and bathtub. took up/down all tile, resurfaced floor and backer board for the shower wall, they installed shower pan, tile, vanity (with linen closet) commode and replaced exhaust fan and light. they also re-arranged lights and moved switches. Vanity top was custom made which added additional time to the job rightly so in order to ensure it was a proper fit. Also installed plantation shutters on the two windows. Will be using them to replace second bathroom in the .near future.

Jobs were completed in one day and were all done to my complete satisfaction.

We bought our home 10-12. In March we noticed a leak in the kids bathroom, and called Len Marcu- who was very responsive and came to my house in a couple of hours. Leak was found to be in the wall- so....we decided to update bathroom as opposed to change the mustard yellow tile. Mr. Marcu returned; listened to what I wanted, wrote a contract and put me on the schedule. NO hassle- no fuss, no outrageous price; but a fair one for us both. They returned at the scheduled date and had a demolishion day and removed all the bathroom / components including the tub and all other fixtures. Mr. Marcu offered suggestions, ideas and where I might go and purchase or pick out new fixtures, tile etc. and he picked them up. He also offered concrete ideas, and when I shared something I wanted, he shared why it was a good idea or maybe we could find a better plan, without making me feel foolish-I learned a lot, and that knowledge empowered me. I changed my mind a couple of times about the tile, and they were very patient-did not admonish me for doing so; Mr. Marcu worked with me reassuring me to take my time; find what I really liked, and what I had in mind. So, that is what I did, and they went to another job. I found all of my products, ordered them, especially the glass tile I looked long and hard for... they returned and put up the decorative tile and I hated it - I took it down and Mr. Marcu and his team were surprised yet responsive to my explanations. It was not the best decorative pattern for our wall, so my husband and I located and ordered new tile-and they returned (again) put it up, (it is beautiful) and completed the job. My bathroom looks beautiful, clean, updated, inviting, all the things you want, and we have them to thank! Mr Marcu and his team are responsive, and professional and we can't wait for them to update our downstairs bathroom - then the master,etc. Len's Handyman Service is reliable, respectful, fair in price, demonstrates good quality workmanship, and a pleasure to do business with. Len has been courteous, respectful, clean, and very professional while working in my house. He shows up on time every time, and if there is a problem he will call. He also has have very fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for handyman services.

Len came by for an estimate during my lunch hour and worked on repairing my fallen drop sink. I was very grat.eful that he did this before I hired him for the job. Peter then came to do the rest of the repairs we needed. He was pompt and able to fix all the things on our list. I was very satisfied with his work.

Len was very responsive and quick to get the job done. I feel the price was a little high, but under the circumstances of needing the room painted immediately, I was willing to pay a little bit more.

It was a pleasure working with Len and his staff. Len walked us through everything that we wanted to do, made suggestions especially on flooring that ended up saving us lots of dollars. They started work on schedule and finished when expected. The painters left the house spotless and all work was done beyond our expectations. Flooring suggested by Len looks beautiful. Len made an older home look new again. Any follow up calls were handled promptly. Putting together our next list for Len and looking forward to working with him again.

Len arrived promptly on the scheduled date and time, discussed options for getting us the desired results, and allowed us time to decide which of two approaches were wanted. Once we decided on the exact work we wanted, Len returned and gave us an estimate and scheduled the work when we agreed to his price. Len and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and began the demolition work. He explained what he was doing each step of the job, so there are no surprises. He coordinated with our vendor regarding delivery date of materials. Debris was hauled away promptly and the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Len and his crew were all very professional, courteous and very much into customer satisfaction. Phone calls and emails are responded to very quickly. They did excellent work, both individually and as a team. In addition to their skills, they were all very personable, which, when they are spending a couple of weeks in your home, make it a much better experience. The final results exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with. This was the third project Len has done for us, and now that it is done, we're preparing a list of additional work we will be discussing with Len.

I am very statisfied with the way the two jobs were completed. I made the appointments with Len and his employee Chris, showed up on time when he was supposed to. The jobs were completed on time and at the originally quoted price.

Len responded to my call promtly, came to my house on time and gave me an estimate. The actual price came in below the estimate. He did an excellant job. Len is a very professional, and personalble man,. and I definately will call upon him to do any future work . I have recommended him to my friends

We called Len after reading Angie's List reviews. I called him on Tuesday afternoon after our plumber hit a snag with a new sink installation. The hole in the Formica countertop needed to be cut more for the sink to mount correctly. Len fit us into a busy schedule due to the need for a sink. He came early Thursday and not only did what needed to be done, he hung a light that needed to be hung. We will hire him again.

Len came to my office a few minutes early. Worked on the miscellaneous jobs I had at the office (install locks, fix a leaky sink pipe). Then he came to my home to work on other projects I needed to have done (install 7 smoke detectors and install an outdoor timer for a lamp post).

It took 5-6 weeks to complete the job ...for something that should have taken 2 wks.. maximum.

The handyman sent by Len's showed up a bit late but he made up for the time by staying a little longer (flat rate for a number of hours spent on the job). I had a variety of little jobs that were performed relatively well. We had to be resourceful to find solutions to fix the problems. Since he had not seen the house or what needed to be done before, we had to improvise and come up with solutions. Some were not for the long-term but good enough for my immediate needs. He put back a sliding door on tracks. To do the job perfectly would have necessitated a bigger investment of time and money. He "repaired" a track lighting above a sink. The best immediate solution was to replace the existing ones. This was done by buying a really cheap LED light installed underneath the cabinets above the sink. Not great looking but doing the job. Put up some shelves and backing in a wooden file cabinet. And a series of other odd jobs. Satisfied with the overall work and the willingness of the handyman to work on so many different things. Overall a good experience.
