+ -1 moreHoliday pools can offer you a design that others are not willing to do at the same price point. They have a varied amount of shapes and bottom designs from traditional deep end to sports pools with a safety ledge in the deep end that I have not seen anywhere. The concrete wall is a great idea especially with all the people choosing to do salt systems. This is a family run business and the communication amongst the Holiday Team is poor. Office staff doesn't know what the field staff is doing and vice versa. This poor communications is passed onto the customer making a very frustrating overall experience.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE LIKE WORKING WITH USED CAR SALESMEN. THEY STARTED THE JOB THE DAY THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FINISHED. THEY INSTALLED THE MOTOR BELOW THE POOL LEVEL. THEY TOOK AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME TO DO EVERYTHING. THERE WERE SO MANY PROBLEMS.
