Description of Work: On 5/20/14 I purchased a $31,534.00 custom Starmark kitchen with owner, Dave McKendrick; paid in full in Aug 2014 upon delivery. What was delivered were broken, chipped & warped cabinets. Dave's response was "you have touch up paint". One would think given the substantial amount money spent on the cabinets the owner would have taken care of the problems immediately, not the case. |Months of lies & continued problems with Dave, I filed a claim with the Division of Consumer Affairs against Cabitron Kitchen & Bath. |Seriously, sign an affidavit which states I will remove my negative post from Yelp AND I agree not to disparage the business verbally or through any written form via social media or internet website before you'll finish the job??? Guess I'll never see those last 3 cabinet doors will I......
