Waited over 10 hours for someone to finally appear. During the process the customer service was horrible in communications and in keeping us informed. Absolutely horrid experience. Not only were they rude they were condescending and abusive.

Knowledgeable and courteous. Quickly found the problem with one of the valves and fixed it. I asked questions about winterization service which is a bit more expensive than I expected - that's why my 4 starts for value for the money

Paid him extra to do the work and he did not do a good job. Very disappointed!

Hired American Lawn to winterize our sprinkler system based on their good reviews. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and some things we should address in the spring. We will definitely be calling on them to activate our system.

The tech was courtieous and knowledgeable. They were even able to come earlier than originally scheduled which was great for me.

Technician did an excellent work. The cost of parts very expensive.

They came out on the same evening after calling in the afternoon. Other providers couldn't do it till next week. The guy who came in was very knowledgeable and setup the sprinklers, changed a few heads and relocated some. He also changed a critical component which got broke in the winter. Additionally, we added a rain sensor as per his advice, which was expensive but should be worth in the long run. I would hire them again.

They cut into our new sod to put in sprinkler system but did not patch up the sod very well when they were finished. Nor did they call the town for the final inspection.
