 + -1 moreEverything from the estimate to the punchlist went well. The subcontractors he used were all very good - especially the plumbers. He handled everything and made the job go very smoothly. We have an older house and there were a lot of little details that Tom put into the job to make sure it looked right. I would definitely recommend!
Description of Work: Tom with Top Notch Construction completely remodeled our upstairs turning it into a great master bedroom and bath. He put in new framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, plumbing, fixtures, etc.
