We needed our roof checked after buying a home, so we hired Skyward Roofing in Manhattan. They made recommendations to ensure our roof lasted longer. They even filled some holes in our roof with caulk during the inspection for no charge. We are impressed and would recommend them.

Bob, his son, and his crew was knowledgeable and very skilled. Bob came out and looked at my roof and suggested a silicone coating as we have had a persistent leak over the years we even replaced the area that we was having the problem and still couldn’t get rid of the leak. We trusted Bob because of how he spoke to us he put me and my wife at ease and I’m happy to say 3 months after we did the work leak is all gone! We are thrilled with the result as we can finally finish painting my master bedroom now!

I had Robert and his team replace the flat roof underneath my roof deck. This consisted of putting in insulation, densdeck and TPO membrane, along with reflashing and caulking. The team did a fantastic job, were courteous and had great work ethic, and especially considering they had to haul material up/down to my roof (6 stories, no elevator in building). Likewise, Robert was extremely fair and always available (as opposed to other contractors I've had in the past that seemingly would disappear in a puff of smoke.). Overall, very satisfied with the work; if you need to replace or simply fix up your flat roof, and you're in Manhattan, i highly recommend.
