As there was a Deal on Angie's list, I was keen to use this service I called Tom 3 times over last week. Each time he took all my details and job details and promised to call me back in the evening with availability. However, he never calls back and repeats the same story next time. Hisfavorite excuse is, he is driving and doesn't have access to Calendar. DO NOT waste your time on this and NEVER buy Angies list deal for this company. AVOIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

We've used North Jersey Clean Maid in the past and they've always done a spectacular job! They don't miss any nooks or crannies and are true professionals. The house is spotless when they leave. We're completely satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.

The cleaning team arrived on time, made a walk through of what needs to be done and started cleaning. They swept and mopped the floors, wiped the walls, cleaned the windows, wiped the blinds. They cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the toilet and the bathtub, wipe and cleaned the shower walls, the vanity mirror, swept and mopped the floor. They cleaned the outside and inside of the refrigerator, microwave oven and oven. I passed my checkout walk through with my landlord with flying colors. I would highly recommend them to other members of the Angie's list in need of house cleaning.

The did a great job. Scheduling was a bit rough at first, but it was totally my fault as I thought they were another service provider for another house I had requested Basement cleaning services for. They were thorough, respectful of our space, efficient and professional. The went above and beyond by accommodating and early 8:30am start on Christmas Eve.

I have had my house cleaned in the past through a different provider and after this experience I have to say that my house has never been so cleaned. They brought their own cleaning products, supplies and a very powerful vacuum. They cleaned every corner of the house. They really know what they are doing, don't waste time and look at every detail. My house not only smelled clean but was super clean. The 2 ladies who came were very nice, respectful and caring. They moved the furniture to clean and left it right where it was. No mess at all. I have only good things to say. Highly recommended. Will definitely hire them again.

It took about 2 1/2 hours to make my home go from scary to gleaming, and I must say, the ladies were cheerful and no-nonsense. They had a mission, and they took to it with a vengeance. They were kind to my children, who sometimes got in their way asking lots of questions. They were pleasant yet focused on their task. Tom, the owner, was quick to call and arrange a convenient date and timed, and was present to check that the work was done to my satisfaction upon completion. Very professional and quite nice. I would definitely hire them again!

They were on time, fast, and left the house very clean. I'll definitely hire them again.

They were punctual, professional and did a SUPER job cleaning my Dad's house. They even cleaned the wainscoting (walls) in the kitchen! We'd hire them again in heartbeat!

The owner Tom contacted me several times. Unfortunately, he insisted on trying to fill his schedule with my Angie's List job presumably when he had holes in his schedule or the crew finished another job earlier expected. I finally asked him for at least 24 hours notice so that we could make arrangements. (i.e., be home; put dogs in kennel, etc.) The last contact I had from him, he called to say they could come that day with approximately TWO HOURS notice. I explained that was not going to work at all and asked if he could commit to a day next week. I suggested it gave us both at least a week to plan for it and perhaps he could just put in me the schedule officially instead of squeezing me in. He informed me they are very busy and indicated they were experiencing a higher than normal volume. Great for him. Glad Angie's List deals did the intended job increasing his business. Bad for me. As it has been 20 days and counting and I still can't get a date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Calling the night before or the day of and expecting someone to be home is not professional.

They had 4 hours of house cleaning. Happy friendly and extremely hard working.

Two ladies cleaned an empty apartment for new tenants to move in. They came right on time and did an excellent job with cleaning windows, inside the kitchen cabinets, oven, refrigerator, as well as vacuuming the entire floor. I especially appreciated the person who received a service order from me. He was really nice to talk to, asked me what exactly what I needed, tried to accommodate my schedule, and explain clearly about the deal so I get the best deal. I definately call again for future services.

Went very well. Three smiling and efficient ladies came and did an excellent job of cleaning the house in about 3 hours. When they left, everything was spotless.

Three persons showed up and worked nonstop for three hours. Vacuumed carpets, washed floors and windows and inside of kitchen cabinets. Did a very thorough job. Would use them again.

The ladies arrived on time. They did not waste any time in getting to work. They did a fine job. I felt safe with them. They were out of there exactly 1.5 hrs later.

North Jersey Clean did an excellent job. Three women showed up and cleaned the entire house for a reasonable price. The house hasn't been this clean in months. I will definitely use them again.

Tom was very professional and responsive. We were very pleased with how quickly he responded and scheduled us in to accommodate our very tight timeframe. I would recommend him and his team and will be using his services again until the house sells.

NJ clean was great . They came out with little notice to get our house in shape before my daughters birthday party. The crew of three cleaned top-to-bottom leaving our house looking better than ever. The crew brought their own supplies, were on time, and called the night prior to confirm.

The cleaners came in. I re explained to them what I needed as I had explained it to the dispatcher. Walls, Blinds, woodwork, refrigerator, stove, splash back, bathroom. Walls were left with drip marks, the blinds were not touched, finger prints on the doors and walls, refrigerator is fine oven needs to be cleaned. Bathroom needs scrubbing bubbles or something soap still stuck to the underside of the soap dish. I'm horrified. Bottom line, I was hoping to save myself this problem but off I go to the store to buy cleaning stuff to clean my place myself and I had the honor of paying 150. for the privilege. They are probably good for a once a week dusting. But for a good clean. Don't pick this group. Not only can I confirm that what I am saying here is true. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT! Very Very disappointed.i

Each week two very energetic, hardworking ladies arrive at the predetermined time (between 8:30 and 9 A.M.) They thoroughly clean our townhouse. They do the rooms I have requested which include kitchen, eating area, living room area (great room), formal dining room, basement family room, upstairs hall, 2 flights of carpeted stairs, and 4 full bathrooms. If they have extra time (the service usually takes about 2 hours) they often run a quick vacuum in the master bedroom or clean the laundry room. When they leave, the house is spotless. I have had 2 other cleaning services in our other home, and this service is far and away the best I have ever experienced. The owner is very responsive to schedule change requests and complaints (although I have only had one in 7 months.) That complaint concerned a worker who had not been here before who had a problem with the time required to complete the job. One phone call to Tom resolved the issue and everyone apologized for the mistake. I would highly recommend this service.

I was satisfied with Cinderella Cleaning Services' work. It seems like they gave me a fair price. They were on time and efficient. They need more competitive pricing.
