I was very happy with the beautiful deck that Leo and his crew built. Leo worked with my vision and the results were better than I imagined! All work was professionally done and on time. Leo and crew were courteous, and they left my yard cleaner than they found it. I will be using their services again.

He built a retaining wall on my property which recently fell. When I had an engineer survey the damage, plus 5 other contractors for an estimate, they all told me the wall was not built correctly. He did not use proper drainage, no geogrid, in general the wall was not built properly and if it was, it should have withstood the weather as other walls. I have an engineer's report. Tried to contact him but he doesn't respond. Meanwhile I had to pay $23,000 to have it rebuilt because of HIS mistakes.

Not well. His work was sloppy. When he laid the paver against the driver he took out black top and replaced my black top with concrete by the walkway and sand paver by the garage. Then he dug a hole in the concrete and he replace the hole with rocks. Then he closed the Fence entrance into the backyard with concrete. The fence had a child proof lock and he lost the lock. His cutting of pavers were not of professional quality. He nick the wire to the front lighting. And he Knick the wire that ran from the house to the garage. Many gaps in the walkway pavers and patio pavers. He did not have enough sand paver to fully fill all the gaps. He was very arrogant and said my complaints were petty. He promised to come on Saturday to correct his errors. But he did a no show and no call. I called him and told him that I was filing a complaint. He had the audacity to lie and said he came and the ground was wet. When I told him that my husband sat outside all day waiting for him he said nothing. I even said, “ If you came why didn’t you ring the door bell and speak with my husband and explain the situation to him.” The answer you never came. I paid $300.00 to a license electrician to correct his error and my husband had dig the sand from the paver to correct the wire that was cut. I simply asked him to place new sand to that spot. And place back top on the driveway, fix the fence so it can close, and poor concrete on the 20 by 12 inch gap that he filled with rocks. Finally, fill in all the gaps in the back yard and walkway area. It rain the day after he finished his work and my garage got flooded. I have pictures to prove my dispute. I spent 300 to rectify his errors. I have receipts. I paid him $12,500. I relied on your list. What happened?

The service was great, Leonardo and his crew were excellent. My job was done in a timely manner and on the projected budget. I am very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be calling Leonardo for future projects.
