I'm sorry you feel that way Mr. [removed member name]but we did right to you,and specifically told you that will let you know if we do service your area or not.Because we never gone that far before, so I wanted to make sure we do service your area. So we called Angie's list and asked one one they told us that we had extended the areas which we were servising we wrote back to mister [removed member name]and told him that will provide him with our services. And he never responded.We try to take care of our customers, our motto is customers satisfaction. You guys can see the rest of the reviews. We are sorry that Mr. [removed member name]feels like the way he does .And we respond back to him with in few hours to give him the answer, and he still feels bitter .I don't know what else we could of done. And to all members, just little reminder Angie's list is one of the best on line company's. Not because we do business with them, because we do business with other companies as well and no other commpony cares more for their clients then Angie's
