I purchased a garage door 3 years ago. After receiving the incorrect door and a small wait the door was installed and worked great for 3 years. Then the inside latch broke and I called for service. A service technician came out and said I provided incorrect information, and asked if I had sent them a photo. A photo of the broken part was not requested when the service was scheduled. He stated the part had to be ordered from the door manufacturer and then offered some half-assed repairs he could make like added handles in various locations, since he thought the door wold not opening smoothly. Even though it opened smoothly for 3 years. I was told I would receive a call back with the cost of the new part. I never heard from anyone. A week later I called to request follow-up information. Still never received a call. I finally called the door manufacturer who provided the name of a service rep from a different company. They came out and fixed the door in 30 minutes, the day the call was made. In hindsight I am sorry I used Door Works, as they do not stand behind their work

Asked them to install garage doors and they left broken sheetrock, unfinished and broken framing, debris in the garage, nails on my driveway. Total mess. Had to hire another contractor to fix the unfinished job. Would not recommend

Garage door opener stopped working Sun night ... New wifi opener, rail, chain, sensors, remotes, keypads, etc. completely installed by Noon the next day (Mon). Service and Installation was 100%. Not much else to say!

Called at 7:30 am and Andy arrived at 10:30 the same day to replace the garage door lift. He did an excellent job and was very personable. He went above and beyond anything i expected. Iâ  m very pleased and highly recommend them.

Excellent Garage door technician, knows his business and clearly has a full knowledge of overheard doors and their parts. Arrived within the 3 hour time window, and worked without taking a break or stopping to answer his phone. We had called in for a broken spring, but said they only replace them in pairs, and he convinced us to do a total rebuild where they replace all the pulleys, wires and springs. The door operates smoothly and much quieter. My only issue is that they only give a 3 year warranty on the parts they replace; I thought it should have been 5-10 years, thus the reason for deducting 1/2 star. Good company, I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend

I hired Andy to assist me with the replacement of a door motor in the fall of 2021. He did such a great job that I hired him again to replace a door spring in January of 2022. He’s fantastic, thorough, alerts you of possible wear and tear, aligns all remotes and provides pricing options. Dependable, reliable, efficient and professional.
