I used Bob for two different projects this past winter. The first project he was able to troubleshoot my central air and heating element and was able to fix a faulty sensor. The second project involved one of my gas furnaces which needed a pump replaced. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and he was very clean. I will use Bob again in the future. I highly recommend him because in an industry where there is very little honesty he will "do the right thing" to save the homeowner some money.

He was very professional - punctual and thorough. The problem turned out to be slightly bigger than I originally had guesses but he explained what had happened and showed why. One of the tubes had rusted out and when probed, simply holed out! and fortunately he had a spare.
