We had missing cologne at the end of the work. The problem is they have so many employees that you can't keep track of them in the house. I won't ever use them again. When I called about the complaint they had said that maybe we misplaced it. The problem is that's the only thing we noticed. The usually do pretty good about the windows.

Windows washed and gutters cleaned. Showed up on time, did the work quickly. Used them many times.

Overall the work was very good. They sent 6 guys, so be ready for a full house, but they did 38 windows in 2 hours and it was a quality job. It nice to know the ABWC cleans Canoe Brook Country Club and Beacon Hill Club, neither of which we belong to, but very nice places that require a high level of professionalism (and liability insurance!).

Gentlemen arrived on time, very polite and professional. They accomplished the job in a timely manner and all of my windows were cleaned beautifully, both inside and out.

They were perfect, easy to work with, there were no issues, and they came when they said they would. They had 6 people clean 20 windows in under an hour inside and out.

I had used this company before and they called in a year's time to ask if I wanted to set up an appointment. They gave me a span of time and arrived at the early end of that span. They were done in approximately an hour, leaving everything clean and neat in their wake. I have recommended this company to others and will use them again myself.

I tried to work with him, but he was very non-committal. I own my own business, so I understand the importance of scheduling an appointment. It was if this just didn't matter to him. Basically, if he had time, he would call us. I needed a set appointment, not a possible fit if someone else canceled. He seemed nice enough, but somewhat unprofessional.

They were prompt in responding to my original call, and scheduled the service for when I wanted it, about a week after I called. A crew of 4 or 5 showed up, on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. It was a great service experience.

They were very responsive. Most of the companies I called I had to book them a month in advance. They came the next day and brought there crew and didn't track stuff around. They were prompt and courteous.

This company needs to communicate more at job time with the customer and with its workers. The workers spent needless time replacing, then removing screens to wash them, and the sills because they were not given the correct instructions.

They did a very good job for me and the windows seemed to stay clean for quite a few months. There were three employees that came to do the window washing. They only had to be there about an hour or so.

A three man crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. One washed the outside, one did the inside and the third took down and washed the screens. The guys working on the inside had on booties and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They were all professional and courteous and accommodated my request to wash a 16 pane interior door. Overall I was very pleased with the price and the job done and will definitely use their services again.

We called and asked for a quote to wash our 42 windows. Their price was fair and competitive. We scheduled an appointment for a week later. Their crew showed up on time, put on cotton booties over their shoes to avoid soiling the floors. They were pleasant, prompt and professional. They even were able to accommodate our request that they clean the glass chandelier in our two-story tall entry foyer. We paid them by check at the rate they had quoted. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them very highly.

Work proceeded exactly as requested and was completed quickly.
