The work went very well. The workers were very efficient and they cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. There have some severe storms since the roof was replaced, and so far, so good - no leaks.

They did a very good job overall. Very professional and reasonably priced. Someone was sent out the day before the project began to scope it out. No complaints!

AAA Superior Roof and Chimney were one of the first companies we called. They did a good job but we are still waiting for it to be inspected.

The first gentleman told me he would be there between 9-12 but would call a 1/2 hour ahead. No one called so in the evening I called them to see what the mixup may have been. The person answering the phone then said there was no answer but they may have written down the wrong number. I gave my number again with the promise of a time the next day between 9-10 with a call 1/2 hour ahead. Again no call. I work 10 minutes from where I live so thankfully I did not waste time waiting for service. I'm a very understanding person so if there was a reason they could not make the time or needed to reschedule I would have no problem. Not calling a customer when a service date is promised is an unacceptable business practice.

I contacted five companies for estimates to re-roof the flat roof over my front porch. I spoke with someone at AAA Superior Roof during the last week of September. They said that someone was available to come look at my roof on Tuesday October 5 between 4:30 and 6 PM so that I could get an estimate. At about 6:30 PM, when no one had yet shown up, I contacted AAA Superior Roof. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said that his crew should have been here already and that he would call them and then call me right back with an update. At 7PM no one had shown up and no one called me back. It was now getting dark outside and I figured I would be getting a call to reschedule. No one has ever called me back or came to my house. I guess they don't need my business!

They did a great job. They pointed out concerns like our natural gas liner was missing altogether and they even found few nails on our roof, which they weren't there for, that need to be fixed and took care it. They include it the entire price. I was very happy with there work. The only thing that really anoided me was the fact they were supposed to take care of all the permits. The reason I just lowered their grade to a B was the fact that My town called me three times that asking what was the status. I called Superior three times about this issue. They said all three times on the phone that they would follow up with the town. As an added bonus on the third called I felt as thought I was talk down to most likely because they forgot about my case because the work was done and they were paid. I am still waiting for Superior complete permit process with the town as they promissed.

Excellent! It was one of the best experiences I've had with a business. Eliott R. was very proficient, courteous, professional and respectful. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am more than satisfied with the results.

It was really smooth and painless. I still can't believe this went that well. I called 6 people and got quotes. By comparing numbers, theories and estimates I selected them because they spoke plain and professional. They also pulled a permit with the city and guaranteed their work within standards. The owner itself went to see the site to see if he could do better in the price and got the work started even without a deposit!! That says a lot. They quoted me 1800 and I ended up paying 1760. How often do you see that in a contractor company? I am very pleased and I hope they stay in business for a while. I will recommend them around and I will certainly use them for other construction work soon. Thank you, Mark and Eliott. Professional and simple.
