+ -1 moreDO NOT USE! He took a deposit and did not show up to complete the work. He still has the deposit and has completely stopped responding and now I have to file a police report to try to get the money back. He is a THIEF.

+ -1 moreBEWARE--NEVER USE JOE'S PAINTING IN ELMER!! He took almost $2000 from us almost a year ago. He failed to show 4 times to do the work. He stopped responding to written correspondence, phone calls, texts, or emails. We took him to Small Claims Court to attempt to recover our money and he never showed!! He will just take your money and run!!

He refuses to answer our calls, texts, or emails. We will be forced to take legal action against him to get our deposit refunded.

+ -1 moreLOUSY BAD POOR STAY AWAY PAINTS OVER CHIPS AND PEELING PAINT AND HE THINKS THAT'S OK. LEAVES YOUR HOME IN A MESS AND WALKS AWAY, NO DESIRE TO FINISH THE WORK.
Description of Work: Extremely POOR WORKMANSHIP will not follow through, nothing but excuses takes your money and will not perform the work he claims to be able to do, just dose not care. My advise DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH JOE'S PAINTING.
