Investigation for termite infestation made by the owner of IPM was extremely thorough and professional. He as well as the the follow-up technician about a week later were both right on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Evidence was found, contract signed with annual follow-up for an additional fee. The Sentricon bait stations are now in place and I have not seen any infestation since then. I have spoken to another homeowner yesterday who had a Sentricon installation by another company and they paid a few hundred dollars less but so far, I'm confident that I hired IPM.

It went great ! Dave the owner gave a thorough inspection . He was very nice and gave us alot of advice to keep termites away from the house. The price for the inspection and preventative package is very reasonable .

The gentleman from IPM spent over three hours examining my home to determine the level of damage and if the damage indicated that there was recent activity or not. He was extremely helpful/educational. His staff were always friendly and courteous. In addition, I signed a maintenance contract with them because I found them to be extremely reasonable and so helpful!!!

I found their information through the Angie's List publication. The day I called to set up the appointment they had availability the same day! They came on time and the tech was very nice. In the month after the service I did not see any ants, so I believe the service went very well.

Description of Work: A family member, who is elderly, had a bed bug infestation. I saw on Angie's list that this firm specializes in this type of problem. So, I contacted them on my family member's behalf. They explained their procedure, why this problem is so hard to treat and what to look for. After four or five treatments, the problem (which was severe) was eliminated. So far, so good - no more pests. We were very pleased!
