Not good . I actually dealt with this Company before everything was always done as planned. This time I received a price for the work scheduled for Saturday August 1,2020 , it was a no call no show, I called until 2;00pm finally a woman answered just to take a message My entire day gone and no work done . I received a call back later the worker Gary said he would take care of it on Monday I said no please just refund me my Money please he said he would bring my refund Monday Aug.3.2020 it’s now 6;00pm I haven’t seen or heard from Gary I called the voice mail came on someone answered he said he was Gary’s father he asked me what happened I explained he said he needed to speak with Gary and his office is now closed you’ll get your refund he said no apology no refund nothing just an unprofessional company I asked Gary for his companies insurance info he said they would mail it to me I never received it I asked his father Wilmer he said I cancelled the contract you don’t need it I said ok.. please don’t waste your time with this company .if I don’t have my money in cash as I gave it to Gary I will go to Union County Small claims court a file a law suit. On Aug.5.2020.
