They did everything but it just took too long. Outside the vision of the guy in doing my kitchen was good but I didn’t like the execution. Their price was okay and they were pretty punctual.
Description of Work: I used MIT and RE a couple of years ago for kitchen remodeling. They gutted the kitchen and removed the gas line and did the plumbing. They did the cabinet, the floor and the lighting also. They did electrical, plumbing and installation.

We strive to keep all of our clients satisfied and try to help them understand and get through all of the chaos that may be involved...especially in a complete kitchen remodel. There may also be reservations in making changes to our homes and as professional remodelers we completly understand these issues, making every effort to work with our clients by showing them respect and empathy towards their feelings and ideas. We did apologize for any delays. Although our client was advised before hand on the importance of making a timely selection of cabinets well in advance of project start(however, kitchen cabinets took 6 weeks from final client selection to intsall). In addition, its only appropiate to mention that all the building permits and inspections were properly done and passed (which many contractors probablly dont do in order to take shortcuts). We even went the extra mile for our client becuase we really do want to conserve our relation and went as far as compensating our client with a new microwave for the kitchen and a $1,000.00 discount for any inconvenience we may have caused. In the end our client was completly amazed with the new kitchen and even requested another estimate for some exterior work to be done on the house, which is why we are surprised as to the rating given????
