small appliance repair
+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN LOOKING FOR THE PROBLEM. HE WAS TRUTHFUL IN TELLING ME THE APPLIANCE WAS UNREPAIRABLE BECAUSE HE WAS HERE FOR QUITE A WHILE TRYING TO FIX IT. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND TRIED TO REPAIR MY DEEP-OIL FRYER.

+ -1 moreI'VE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST. THEY ARE PRETTY REASONABLE, BOTH IN PRICE AND IN THE TIME IT TAKES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AT THIS POINT I DIDN'T CARE WHAT IT COST, I JUST NEEDED MY DRYER!
Description of Work: OF COURSE IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THE PLUG ON THE DRYER MELTED (AND I HAD TO DO HAND LAUNDRY ALL OVER THE HOUSE)! I CALLED HIM ON A MONDAY MORNING AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT, SAW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY.
